Belvoir have been managing my properties for nearly four years now. They are very responsive, emails are always answered within 24hrs, usually within a couple of hours! They're on top of all maintenance issues and very efficient in terms of paperwork and landlord updates. At my last tenant change they'd found me a tenant before the previous absolutely lovely tenant moved out and the gap between one tenant moving out and the new tenant moving in was FIVE days !!! Obviously I was extremely happy....... :) Thank you to the whole team.

They’re one of those rare agencies that genuinely support both tenants and landlords (a unicorn in the property jungle, if you ask me). Sensible, timely, and refreshingly human, no endless hold music or being passed around like a hot potato. Special shoutout to Jo Jones and Vanya, who were absolute stars throughout, calm, professional, and somehow managed to make the whole process feel seamless (which, in the world of lettings, is nothing short of witchcraft). I rented a property through Belvoir in Basingstoke and I must say that my family and I were treated really well during our tenancy. Whenever we need support or there are maintenance issues to be addressed while we were at the property, the responses and services that we received were to an excellent standard. When our tenancy was coming to an end, the Belvoir team ensured that we were kept up to date in every situation. They also ensured that we were provided with the required flexibility and ease that we needed to enable us move into our new home. During the checkout and post checkout process, we were given all the necessary information that we needed to assist us to fulfil our obligations as tenants, I find the information provided by Belvoir very useful and I really appreciate it. The actual checkout and post checkout process (which was carried out by Jo Jones, Belvoir's Property Assessor) was highly satisfactory and done in a very professional, fair and timely manner. There was no undue delays in processing the return of our deposit. The process was swift and I really appreciate Jo's effort all through the process. This is the first time I have had to deal with Belvoir and I must say that my overall experience was very positive. I would without any hesitation, recommend Belvoir Estate Agents. As a widow, and never having sold or bought a house on my own, I was dreading the whole process. I needn’t have worried. From my first meeting with Jamie, I knew I was in safe hands; no flannel, just straight forward facts. The viewing day was managed by Sarah Jane armed with antiseptic wipes, adhering to all the then Covid restrictions. Following a successful offer, I was allocated a Sales Manager, Natalie. I can’t thank Natalie enough. She is obviously passionate about her job. She always made me feel like I was her only client. The pictures, virtual tour and floorplans were spot on. Jamie the manager clearly knows the local market very very well. He suggested a lower starting price than we'd hoped to achieve. His strategy was spot on though. Within a few days of the advert going live we had 10 offers, all asking price and above. We were given information about all the offers and all the buyers situations. We accepted one offer £17.5k above asking - (this was higher than we'd ever hoped to achieve) and all within 10 days of Jamie first coming round. Natalie kept us informed all the way through the sale, copying us in on every email as she encouraged the solicitors on both sides to get things moving along a bit faster. Buying Experience with Belvoir

We bought our house through Sarah-Jane from Belvoir and then moved to Nathalie once the offer had been accepted. As we were buying whilst living abroad we expected some complications but Sarah-Jane made it very easy for us, was quick in meeting our needs, nothing was too much trouble and facilitated getting our offer accepted. Nathalie took over once the offer was accepted and has proven to be first class in the service she has given. Her knowledge of the buying process is second to none and combined with her great service orientation she helped overcame obstacles several times when problems arose. It’s actually a pity that she is not a solicitor as she has all the skills but also acts very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir in the house buying process and sure they are just as good in the selling process. I saw this as they managed to get the right balance in looking after the seller whilst in parallel looking after us as the buyer. Overall, highly recommended.
