I have been using Belvoir for over 12 years now to manage my property in Basingstoke. Over that time all the team in the Basingstoke office have been amazing. Any property maintenance issues have been swifty actioned with reliable and well-priced contractors. Communication has always been timely and informative which I think goes a long way to understand the very few changes of tenants I have had in that time. When it does come time to find a new tenant, the team are very pro-active in finding the best tenant and asking the right questions to asses their suitability. Their thoroughness during this process gives me great confidence that as a landlord that I comply with the ever-changing regulations. I would especially like to thank and recommend Jo Jones and Kate Shore for their effort and professionalism, They are an asset to the business. I would have no hesitation in recommend Belvoir in Basingstoke to any perspective landlords.

First experience with Belvoir and it was the best experience we’ve had out of all the estate agents we’ve viewed houses with . We booked a viewing and we were greeted at the door by a young man called Kieran . From start to finish he was polite, full of smiles , confident , he never skipped a beat with any questions we asked , very easy to talk to and if we were unsure of anything he made sure he explained things in a way we did understand being our first time buying we have been unsure of a list of things . Kieran took extra time to talk us through the process of making our first offer and didn’t miss any key information that we needed . His response time to calls and emails is within the 5 minute mark . We have not been left in the dark once . He’s been and continues to be a credit to belvoir and making our first time experience simple and as stress free as possible. Highly recommend!!

While I didn't employ belvoir myself, I went through them as an estate agent when buying my first house. My solicitors were uncommunicative throughout but Belvoir Basingstoke helped a load to get them moving, I think it could have taken much longer without their efforts. Me and my fiancée were actively looking for a first time house, we came across the one being sold by Belvoir in Basingstoke. Upon contact with them about the house they gladly met us at the property and gave us a tour and an explanation of the area, this was i believe done by Emily or Eleyne (sorry for the mix up they were both involved). We loved the property and were ready to make an offer within a few hours i received a call back about the offer and again all was accepted all within the space of half a day. Fast forward to March and everything moved forwards smoothly they really helped the whole process always checking to see if everything was ok, and they were extremely polite and friendly the whole time also. We cannot recommend Peter and team enough!! We had 3 valuations from Belvoir and two other local firms, the other two firms were both hard sales people with much higher fees and considerably lower valuations. We went with Belvoir as we really liked Peter’s presentation and he made us feel at ease, we are SO glad we did!!
