My lovely experience with Belvoir - in Basingstoke

I rented a property through Belvoir in Basingstoke and I must say that my family and I were treated really well during our tenancy. Whenever we need support or there are maintenance issues to be addressed while we were at the property, the responses and services that we received were to an excellent standard. When our tenancy was coming to an end, the Belvoir team ensured that we were kept up to date in every situation. They also ensured that we were provided with the required flexibility and ease that we needed to enable us move into our new home. During the checkout and post checkout process, we were given all the necessary information that we needed to assist us to fulfil our obligations as tenants, I find the information provided by Belvoir very useful and I really appreciate it. The actual checkout and post checkout process (which was carried out by Jo Jones, Belvoir's Property Assessor) was highly satisfactory and done in a very professional, fair and timely manner. There was no undue delays in processing the return of our deposit. The process was swift and I really appreciate Jo's effort all through the process. This is the first time I have had to deal with Belvoir and I must say that my overall experience was very positive. Sad to be leaving our belvoir property

We recently moved out of our flat we was renting with Belvoir and the experience from the start to the end has been amazing. When we first viewed the flat just over a year ago with Tracey we felt she was very professional and a lovely lady. We decided to take it that same day and all the staff that helped us through the renting process were amazing and made it go very quickly and smoothly. The flat itself was immaculate when we moved and the whole time we was there if we had an issue with anything Belvoir was only a call away and their service was always outstanding. We decided to move as we wanted somewhere a little bigger and we’re now renting with another company but only because they had what we was looking for at the time of moving but I can say we’re missing Belvoir and there outstanding customer service. The check out with Jo Jones went smoothly and I have to say very fast. She was very fair and we’re happy to say that we’re getting our full deposit back :-) She kept us up to date with the report and the next steps. I highly recommend Belvoir and it’s been a pleasure renting with them , if we ever move again we will definitely have our fingers crossed we can rent with them again. Best letting agency I have used

From the start of our tenancy two years ago, working with Belvoir has been the perfect letting experience. They were accommodating to multiple viewings, not pushy and happy to work around us with regards to move in. Their attention to detail and courtesy is second to none. During the tenancy every problem was handled quickly and the team even managed to organise a replacement washing machine while we were out of the country. They gave us ample notice of any inspections or works to be carried out and every contractor was polite, efficient and friendly. Their standards are incredible and I will use their standards moving forward into any future tenancies. The checkout process was a dream. Jo Jones was incredibly knowledgable, prompt in her responses and Helpful. Her comprehensive review of the property and fairness in assessment resulted in a speedy deposit return. They truly do look out for both tenant and landlord in a fair and agreeable way.

Feedback of letting process and staff

Just moved out of a belvoir managed rented property - been a tenant of the property for nearly 4 years. I have nothing but positive experiences from the whole of the belvoir team. Online maintenance service is very easy and effective to use and the couple of minor things I needed were always dealt with promptly. Check in and check out process handled by Shahida was very efficient and helpful too... Overall, I Would recommend this estate agent to any one looking for a rented property - the best by far of any agents I have dealt with.

Belvoir break the perceptions with renting

Friendly staff that make themselves available whenever needed. During the past 3 years we rented through Belvoir and I was constantly surprise by their ability to resolve any issues promptly and efficiency along with their due diligence when following up on any historical issues. If you are moving to the area I cannot recommend this company enough. We personally dealt with Sarah Smith and again I recommend you ask for her by name as she prides herself in making the transition of moving home as painless as possible.

The personal touch

Carole, showed me around a property to rent in Hook. She was so lovely, ease to talk to and very helpful. Wish that Belvoir had more properties on their books in the Hook area, as if they had we would have definitely gone with them. I've just left a 7 year tenancy through Belvoir Basingstoke after finally getting on to the property ladder myself. I have to say, that Belvoir were amazing throughout, as was our landlord. Great Customer Experience

Always fair, always quick

We were long term tenants with Redwoods that turned into Belvoir. From Day 1 of our tenancy we were always treated with fairness and respect. Throughout the tenancy any problem has been rectified as quickly as has been possible through their excellent Maitenance logging service. Minor problems have been handled promptly and major issues have been raised and dealt with as quick as they can via agent communicating with the landlord. I couldn't recommend them enough as a tenant, and as a landlord you can be safe in the knowledge that your property will be in safe hands and your tenants well looked after.

Highly Professional Lettings Service

I rented a property through Belvoir Basingstoke for some two-and-a-half years and I can give them a five-star recommendation without hesitation. Excellent Service with very Professional and Friendly Staff

We have rented a property through Belvoir for the last four years and from our initial contact when we first viewed the property, right through to us leaving the property, we have always found them to be very professional. Belvoir have maintained the property on behalf of the Landlord and whenever we have had to contact them regarding a maintenance issue, they have always responded quickly to get the issue resolved and always made sure any workmen called at a time that was convenient to us. Whenever we have spoken or met with anyone from Belvoir as well as being professional, they have always been very friendly and I cannot thank the team enough for all their hard work during the last four years. Our only regret is that we could not stay with Belvoir as we move on to our next property.
