I had the pleasure of having Jo Jones as my Head of Lettings while I was a tenant, and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. Jo carried out all inspections with great professionalism and efficiency, always ensuring everything was handled properly and respectfully. Whenever any emerging issues arose in the flat, she responded promptly and ensured they were addressed quickly and smoothly. Her competence and dedication to her role were always evident. What truly sets Jo apart, however, is her character. She is not only highly professional but also incredibly kind, approachable, and genuinely caring. She always made me feel comfortable and heard, which makes such a difference when you are a tenant. There was never a moment when I felt like “just another case”, she treated me with warmth and respect. It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such humanity. Everything from start to finish with the Belvoir Team in Basingstoke was above and beyond our expectations. The transition from the sale of our house to the purchase of our new house, was handled seamlessly by Emily, Jamie and Natalie. Regular updates via phone calls and email ensured we never had to call for information. This is the most honest and straight forward team we have had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you for making our whole experience (which is usually rather stressful) a very pleasant and memorable one! 5 stars for the Belvoir lettings team! My son and I moved back to Basingstoke five years ago to be closer to family after my fiancée passed away, and we were fortunate to rent a 2-bed property through Belvoir. During our tenancy, both the landlord and the lettings team were amazing. On the rare occasions when faults occurred, their maintenance app made it incredibly easy to report and resolve any issues. What truly sets Belvoir above other letting agencies in our experience is what happened earlier this year... We were told the landlord intended to sell the property, crushing news at the time, but every cloud has a silver lining. We were in the fortunate position to explore purchasing the property ourselves (a terrifying prospect for someone who grew up in social housing). Fast forward to 1st December 2025, and my son and I are now the proud owners of the property. Thanks in no small part to Kate and Jo from the lettings team. They went above and beyond to support us throughout the purchase, despite there being no benefit to Belvoir. They happily answered all my questions about home ownership and even shared their own experiences. I cannot thank the team enough for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful experience working with Annemarie from Belvoir Estate Agents. From the very beginning, she proved to be incredibly dependable, flexible, and easy-going, a unique combination, which made the whole process smoother and less stressful. Annemmarie was relatable and approachable, and we could feel she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than just closing a deal. She also proposed so many useful and creative ideas to help us improve our new home, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout. Annemarie always responded promptly to our calls, texts and emails, kept us updated at every stage, and went above and beyond to chase the seller and keep things moving, even after the sale had completed.
