Buying Experience with Belvoir

We bought our house through Sarah-Jane from Belvoir and then moved to Nathalie once the offer had been accepted. As we were buying whilst living abroad we expected some complications but Sarah-Jane made it very easy for us, was quick in meeting our needs, nothing was too much trouble and facilitated getting our offer accepted. Nathalie took over once the offer was accepted and has proven to be first class in the service she has given. Her knowledge of the buying process is second to none and combined with her great service orientation she helped overcame obstacles several times when problems arose. It’s actually a pity that she is not a solicitor as she has all the skills but also acts very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir in the house buying process and sure they are just as good in the selling process. I saw this as they managed to get the right balance in looking after the seller whilst in parallel looking after us as the buyer. Overall, highly recommended.

Outstanding Team of People

Basingstoke Team, they are the best. Don't know where to start. We put an offer for a nice place in Dec 2020, due the lock down and all things were going very slow, i was getting stressed out because up untile March nothing much happened, but from the Belvoirs team Move manager Natalie was updating my wife each and everything. Natalie always helped us till the day of Completion. A big thanks to her. Also i wanted thank Emily amd jamie for always being kind enough to update on a weekly basis. Thanks for Katie and Sarah-Jane for making the property viewing so easy, as first time buyer's we were asking a ton's of questions they all are very kind and professional. Natalie was amazing!

We worked with Natalie for the purchase of our new house, and she was absolutely amazing! Very professional and responsive, she was really good at chasing both sides to make sure the process wasn't unduly delayed and kept us fully up to date at all points during the sale. She was also really friendly and it was a pleasure to speak with her. My sister is going through the same process with another estate agents and her experience has been below average. I felt that Belvoir Basingstoke have gone above and beyond with their services, we even received a house warming box upon collecting the keys which was a really lovely touch and contained a few of the essentials! Much appreciated! Even though we weren't the original customer of theirs (the seller was) we felt very well cared for. If I need to sell or purchase a house in the future, I would definitely like to give them a call. Thank you to Natalie for being so great and for helping make the moving process that much easier!

Basingstoke Team is Amazing!!

I recently bought a 5 bedroom house in Basingstoke. Emily showed us the house followed by Katie. They were very nice , professional and followed all covid 19 rules. I used speak to Jamie, Sarah Jane and Emily regularly over the phone regarding the purchase. Emily introduced me to Jack the mortgage advisor who helped me with the mortgage. Jamie always kept us upto date with process. Whole team of Belvoir Basingstoke is very patient and helpful. There was time when I almost lost the property, bit Jamie helped me to retain it. I wasn't able to collect the keys. Jamie very promptly sent lovely John with the house keys and a very useful surprise gift. They added a personal touch to the whole purchase process and held my hand throughout. I am really happy with the whole team and ever so grateful to them. Unbelievably helpful and professional - would 100% recommend

Matt (the branch manager) has been incredibly helpful and professional during the process of buying our first house, and in our opinion has done a lot more than we really needed to in order to try and help us get things done in time. He has called 3rd parties to get quotes/times for works we were considering having done (which we were already doing ourselves), and he has been incredibly on the ball in terms of making sure nothing is forgotten and everything was on track. Overall Belvoir have been a massive help to us, and have made the experience of buying our first house as pleasant as can be expected (moving always brings it's fair share of problems!)
