We didn't actually buy a property through Sam in the end though this bears no reflection on the time and effort Sam put into arranging appropriate viewings and answering our detailed queries! He was also very gracious in defeat so hopefully next time he will have the house for us!

Sam, as selling agent for the house we bought, was very helpful in all our dealings with him, both during the viewing stage and later on. He was not what I would call "typical salesman", being fair in his descriptions and very helpful to us who knew little of the town/region.

Charters pulled out all the stops to find available options and turn around the necessary checks for renting. In difficult market conditions Charters Alresford kept going, they didn’t keep suggesting changing price structures and were convincing in their predictions and achievements. They were great to deal with, and communications by whatever means was quick and easy. A delight to work with.

GoogleWhere do I start, The minefield of House rental , Having contacted 12 Estate Agents one of which was Charters enquiring on 4 bedroomed properties, I was astonished to receive 9 automated replies with zero follow up, One I followed up myself only to be told it will go mate be quick, I didn't pursue I hasten to add . I then was left with two one being another agent followed up by phone very polite and courteous, did all he said on the tin the property had been let. Then I was left with Charters, what a shining light, impeccable service from Rebecca & the team at Alresford, even in Rebecca's absence, I was followed up, appointment made on the Friday for the Monday. We were kept updated through the the sales process, I dealt with three people in total I can only say fantastic team work. The moral of the story is deal with the professional's you wont regret it.PositiveProfessionalism
