Fab job!

We switched to Charters to sell our house when another agent had failed to secure many viewings. Sam understood our requirements and quickly arranged more viewings in one week than we had seen in the past 3 months! We have had interaction with a number of the Charters team, including Gary, Sarah and Vicki. All have been very professional, friendly and helpful We sold to a cash buyer, and Sam remained involved throughout to ensure the entire transaction went smoothly. Its not often that I recommend people, but I would recommend Charters and Sam without reservation.

Extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating, Serena understood our needs and time pressures.

Serena went out of her way to work around our busty schedules and tight timescales to find us the perfect property and ensure we had more than enough time and opportunity to view this and other options, more than once, allowing me to travel up from Brighton to attend second viewings alongside my partner. Communication has always been extremely prompt and clear, which has meant we were able to move quickly as needed to get all paperwork complete and again measure up and answer questions on the property. Since moving in Serena has been equally helpful and i feel she is just around the corner and able to help should we need it although she is not even our dedicated managing agent 9who is of course also very helpful). I would not hesitate to recommend Serena fully.

Excellent service from Charters Alresford

I exchanged yesterday on my property and move in a week! Charters provided excellent service throughout, selling to the first people to view (without having seen the photos and details). My vendor was rather tricky, to say the least, and Charters took great care to ensure that the sale did not fall through, potentially leaving me homeless at Christmas! Excellent service from a friendly team

Charters were very proactive in selling our house in a slow market. Sam was fantastic and always ready to give honest feedback. Matthew then became our primary contact ensuring the sale went through and making sure we were always fully informed. Charters have always tried their upmost to make us happy

We were looking for a long time for the perfect property to rent on a budget which is not easy to do in Alresford but they always kept us updated with possible properties and everyone in the Alresford Branch are great at what they do, but Connor was absolutley brilliant and couln't do enough for us.
