The branch has been a delight to deal with - from Gary's initial appraisal, marketing/viewing feedback from the branch and onto their sales progression. To give readers of this review background: I first met Gary viewing another property, some months prior, and immediately warmed to his style and understanding of applicants and the market place. I can say that with some conviction as I have been an agent myself, so fully understand the process.. This understanding is what made me phone Gary to undertake an appraisal of my own house for sale and onto an instruction. Fab job!

We switched to Charters to sell our house when another agent had failed to secure many viewings. Sam understood our requirements and quickly arranged more viewings in one week than we had seen in the past 3 months! We have had interaction with a number of the Charters team, including Gary, Sarah and Vicki. All have been very professional, friendly and helpful We sold to a cash buyer, and Sam remained involved throughout to ensure the entire transaction went smoothly. Highly recommended

Having let my property through Charters for a number of years I used them recently to market the property for sale and wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them to prospective sellers, buyers, landlords or tenants. Losing the first buyer after three weeks was disappointing but Matt worked hard to achieve a new sale which we did within four days. Matt has always been available to take my calls and has chased the sale through to completion which has been greatly appreciated. In the age of online only estate agents I would still say the traditional high street agent has much more to offer and you won't be disappointed if you choose Charters.
