GooglePaul and the team at Your Move Newton Abbot branch have made the process of selling a family members house incredibly easy and straightforward. From initial valuation by Josh through to completion, their knowledge, communication and professionalism have been exceptional and arranging high volume viewings and interest with excellent marketing tools. All completed swiftly within a very short space of time. Would highly recommend to anyone.

GoogleThanks to Paul and the rest of the team for making the purchase of our first house so smooth and easy. They have been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful the whole way through and suggested a fantastic mortgage advisor and solicitor that meant our purchase has all gone through very swiftly and without a hitch. I highly recommend their service and would be more than happy to use them again in the future.

GoogleThe experience and service delivered by all of the staff at your move has been amazing and really consistent throughout. We have had almost every team member involved in our sale and in us purchasing at some point. Each person has showed genuine interest in getting you what you need. They keep you very well informed throughout the whole process which we appreciated. GoogleWe have had a first class experience when dealing with all the people we have interacted with so far at Your Move Newton Abbot. We are in the process of purchasing at the moment, and without exception everyone has been polite, friendly, helpful and on hand to answer any questions or queries we have had. Paul in particular has been looking after us very well with viewings and transacting for us with the vendors, and also so has Vicky who has been on hand to very capably assist when I have a habit of ringing on Paul’s day off! Also we would like to acknowledge Laura the lettings manager and her colleague Reece who are equally friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way be that on the phone or face to face. Finally a thank you also to Chelsey who has been very helpful with looking into mortgages for us and again has been friendly and nothing seems too much trouble. You have been a star as well! Right from our very first interactions with the staff at the branch we would have no hesitation in recommending the entire team at Newton Abbot to look after you, and your property needs, be that buying, selling or for lettings and mortgage services. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship working with everyone in the team moving forwards as we embark on our new venture. GoogleAwful service. Take months to repair any issues with the house, for example we had a shower leaking through our light for 2 years, yet they will use blame the tenants. Also when you end a tenancy they will do everything they can to overcharge you and keep hold of your deposit, so be prepared to never see that money again when you start a tenancy.

YellForged my signature, poorly!
I used Your Move with the recent sale of our property in Devon. I had submitted all of the paperwork, including a Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) where I explained at length about recent flooding events due to a network issue. Your Move took it upon themselves, to copy that PIQ, remove the very important details and then forge my signature, in what I can only believe to be some sort of an attempt at trying to sell the property quickly, hassle free and using trickery for potential buyers. Your Move accidentally sent the forged document to me, as part of the complaints procedure where I was accused of not declaring the flooding, prior to the property being marketed. It took them 8 weeks to finally offer a derisory £250 compensation, for what amounts to gross misconduct, fraud and forgery. I’d certainly recommend against using Your Move, unless you want to potentially land yourself in a lot of bother in years to come.

GoogleI am writing this review on behalf of my mum, Kay Mistry. Vicky Mugford has been the most proactive, efficient and overall amazing manager that I have worked with (and I sell property for a living). To begin with, the agent was able to secure an offer within weeks of the property being marketed. Then it was handed over to the solicitors to take the sale forward. This became a really difficult experience and I became increasingly frustrated as the buyers solicitors would not respond to any of my email / enquiries, and so I had no idea what was going on / how long the process would take / what was causing the delays. As soon as Vicky found out, she took charge and became the main point of contact between myself and the sellers - keeping us constantly updated and making sure any blockages were quickly rectified. Whereas many agents disengage after a sale has been accepted, Vicky did the opposite and has been the person responsible for driving things forward. She has gone above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful that I chose Your Move Estate Agents. If you're buying or selling, this is the BEST estate agents! Kay Mistry

I'm looking forward to finally start living there. Update after moving out: We've been with Your Move for a few years and have nothing bad to say about them. GoogleWe chose Your Move to manage the sale of our rental property based on their punctuality, professional appearance and conduct at the initial visit to the property, their realistic valuation and their associated fees. Branch Manager James and Kathryn dealt with the sale and were very professional and proficient throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble (despite sometimes feeling like the nagging customer ..... sorry about that) and any issues or concerns we're promptly addressed and resolved. We would thoroughly recommend Your Move.
