We are happily moved into our new home and very grateful to Will and Samantha from your move. After viewing one property with Will he then let us view another nearby property even before it went on the market. After recognising we were excited by this second property, which had already had some interest in it, he was able to arrange for us to have a second viewing the next day and supported us through the process as first time buyers. We were very pleased to then secure it and Will’s help in arranging visits to allow family to see the house was incredible. The process took longer than we hoped, though this was not the fault of the estate agents. As we got close Samantha was reassuring and helpful in getting the exchange and completion date over the line.

I was thinking of letting my house and made a tentative enquiry online. Within minutes I had a response, followed soon after by a personal phone call. Vicky from Lettings met me at my property, came up with a suitable price and strategy and within the blink of an eye, it was advertised and let. Vicky was extremely thorough in assessing and vetting potential tenants and she secured an excellent tenant really quickly. Vicky is great to deal with, she is focused, thorough and unlike me she is extremely efficient. She has been a pleasure to deal with throughout, thank you Vicky.

I found the team at Your Move professional, approachable and knowledgeable. They were efficient, helpful and timely with all their communications. I have no complaints with the agency. The whole process took longer than expected, but this was no fault of the agency. This was largely due my buyers’ conveyancer, who seemed to work at a snail pace and did not appear to ‘hand hold’ my first time buyer sufficiently through the process. The moral of the story is, choose your conveyancer wisely! You get what you pay for. The team at Newton Abbot agency are highly recommended though. Particularly Samantha, Paul, Will & Josh. We’ll done!

We have just purchased a house through your move estate agents. The house itself had alot of issues and required a lot of detailed communication between ourselves and the home owners. Samantha Morse, was an outstanding property liason who was able to articulate clearly the issues and concerns to both parties and was also able to have compassion and understanding throughout the whole process. I would go as far as saying without Samantha Morse incredibly delicate and clear explanations and communication the house sale wouldn't have been a success. I wouldn't use YourMove, we found that they would tell us absolutely anything to get the sale going and not pass on crucial details I may have not ever left this review if I had not advised on a local Facebook group that I wouldn't use them and would be discouraged from buying a house listed with them (as many people had reached out to me and advised similarly due to poor sales tactics) and then received an extremely un professional reply back from a random sales negotiator there who had taken upon himself to search me on there system (really not a great look for GDPR) but gone the step further by messaging me the below. Truly baffling the unprofessionalism to a review.
