Thank you to Paul, Will, Josh in the Newton Abbot office, who dealt with viewings etc. They were approachable, friendly and very willing to help. The progression of my purchase is handled by Sam in the Southampton Department. She took trouble to overcome the hurdles quickly and efficiently. Thank you for updating me with the developments, the twists and turns of this horrible process that is called, house buying. And thank you for your cheerful manner when doing so. Communication is vital. This dreadful English conveyance system needs to be streamlined. It takes longer now, due to the legal requirements, than it did when I brought my first property in 1974, ridiculous!

I am writing this review on behalf of my mum, Kay Mistry. Vicky Mugford has been the most proactive, efficient and overall amazing manager that I have worked with (and I sell property for a living). To begin with, the agent was able to secure an offer within weeks of the property being marketed. Then it was handed over to the solicitors to take the sale forward. This became a really difficult experience and I became increasingly frustrated as the buyers solicitors would not respond to any of my email / enquiries, and so I had no idea what was going on / how long the process would take / what was causing the delays. As soon as Vicky found out, she took charge and became the main point of contact between myself and the sellers - keeping us constantly updated and making sure any blockages were quickly rectified. Whereas many agents disengage after a sale has been accepted, Vicky did the opposite and has been the person responsible for driving things forward. She has gone above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful that I chose Your Move Estate Agents. If you're buying or selling, this is the BEST estate agents! Kay Mistry

We have recently embarked on a journey into the investment property market and are purchasing a house through Your Move Newton Abbot and as such have had dealings with the most of the team. I can honestly say they have been exceptional in helping us so far. Danielle was our first point of contact and she arranged a viewing of a property we enquired about ensuring it was at a convenient time for us, there was none of these open event viewings some other agents seem to be fond of these days. Paul conducted the viewings and was most helpful and insightful about the property and has also shown us other properties on their books. He really listened to the criteria we gave him in our property search and secured us a great property. Chelsey has given us a lot of advice about mortgages and has kept us very well informed about the ever changing landscape on the interest rate front. Laura and Reece have both been very helpful in talking to us about the rental property journey and the ins and outs of how it all works and the options available for managed lettings. I have absolute faith that they will both do their best to ensure we have great tenants in our property. Lastly I want to mention Vicky the manager she has been there to make sure it has all run smoothly and clearly has a very good team working with her. I really can’t rate them all highly enough and look forward to working with the team to guide us.

I don't even know where to begin! From the start of my sale process, Jen and Vicky were fantastic. I had a couple of sales fall through and I was kept updated and informed the whole time, from phone calls and emails, to all the reassurance I needed. Everyone was so lovely and extremely supportive, especially as this was my first time selling and they managed to answer all my silly questions - nothing was too much trouble for them. They listened to me laugh and cry, sometimes at the same time and basically kept me sane. Selling in a pandemic wasn't easy but without the team at Your Move I have no idea how I would have got there. From the valuation to our current position of exchange of contracts they have been nothing but helpful and have gone above and beyond for us during a complicated sale. Generally speaking I haven't had a lot of time for estate agents, their role always seemed superfluous in my previous Letting transactions as I always seemed to do a lot of the 'leg work' myself. However Agnese and the lettings team at the Newton abbot your move office completely shifted my opinion on this. Agnese went out of her way to provide information and support pertenent to my letting transaction and it felt like she was a real ally in finding the right peoperty and taking the steps to secure it.
