Seriously I could not be more shocked at the level of service. Having seen a flat come on Friday I emailed straights away. I also called and left numbers. I then called on the Monday (which was a real chore as no one was answering the phone) after 10th time to be told that the lady who deals with letting not in, but they would leave a message for her I then call Tuesday morning 10 mins after the lines are open to say that she has booked all the viewings and that they are not taking anymore. Shocking waste of time and the attitude was really tough luck, not Im sorry maybe I could help with another property.

If you don't choose YOUR MOVE then you will make a mistake. Paul has been amazing throughout our sale, he sold our property quickly with good communication and got what we wanted for it, he also has been keeping us updated frequently and he has also been super friendly and helpful with signing lots of documents as a witness for us. Nigel has been the man who will be on the case too, he's been chasing the chain constantly to hurry things up as much as he can and also keeping us in the loop with every step. Your move as a whole are absolutely outstanding, thank you to all the efforts from everyone on a daily basis. So glad we changed estate agents when we did. Crazy how complicated these things can get but at your move you feel like the staff care and want to help witch is surprising these days. Cheers all

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from the team at Your Move. From the very beginning, arranging a viewing was so easy, and Rebecca was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful when she showed me around the property. Once my offer was accepted, I was passed over to Louise, who has been absolutely amazing. She has helped me through all of the documents and everything I needed to provide, has always been so quick to respond, and has been incredibly helpful, patient and kind throughout. ⭐️ 1 star Unfortunately, my experience with Your Move has been extremely disappointing. The communication and organisation throughout my tenancy were shocking. Contracts contained inconsistent information, and whenever issues were reported, they often went unresolved or I was left constantly chasing for updates. The property itself also had bed bugs and mice, which were reported but not properly dealt with. It is completely unacceptable to have to live with pest issues and feel as though your concerns are being ignored. Even after moving out in July, I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. The ex-landlord is not responding to me, and despite Your Move being involved, I am also getting no meaningful response from them. Overall, I have spent far too much time chasing issues that should have been dealt with properly in the first place. The lack of communication, organisation and accountability has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend Your Move, particularly to students.
