I wouldn't use YourMove, we found that they would tell us absolutely anything to get the sale going and not pass on crucial details I may have not ever left this review if I had not advised on a local Facebook group that I wouldn't use them and would be discouraged from buying a house listed with them (as many people had reached out to me and advised similarly due to poor sales tactics) and then received an extremely un professional reply back from a random sales negotiator there who had taken upon himself to search me on there system (really not a great look for GDPR) but gone the step further by messaging me the below. Truly baffling the unprofessionalism to a review.

Average, poor communication, poor picture quality etc, didn’t really push the house via their platforms, wasn’t happy with the write up etc Was told by the manager at the time I couldn’t put my house on for the price I wanted it to be on for…. I’m the customer right, never told on a couple of occasions that the viewing didn’t happen etc Did like Deon the mortgage broker tho he was amazing Went with another independent chain after 3 months and sold within 4 days Would never go with a huge chain like this again

We have recently embarked on a journey into the investment property market and are purchasing a house through Your Move Newton Abbot and as such have had dealings with the most of the team. I can honestly say they have been exceptional in helping us so far. Danielle was our first point of contact and she arranged a viewing of a property we enquired about ensuring it was at a convenient time for us, there was none of these open event viewings some other agents seem to be fond of these days. Paul conducted the viewings and was most helpful and insightful about the property and has also shown us other properties on their books. He really listened to the criteria we gave him in our property search and secured us a great property. Chelsey has given us a lot of advice about mortgages and has kept us very well informed about the ever changing landscape on the interest rate front. Laura and Reece have both been very helpful in talking to us about the rental property journey and the ins and outs of how it all works and the options available for managed lettings. I have absolute faith that they will both do their best to ensure we have great tenants in our property. Lastly I want to mention Vicky the manager she has been there to make sure it has all run smoothly and clearly has a very good team working with her. I really can’t rate them all highly enough and look forward to working with the team to guide us.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mum, Kay Mistry. Vicky Mugford has been the most proactive, efficient and overall amazing manager that I have worked with (and I sell property for a living). To begin with, the agent was able to secure an offer within weeks of the property being marketed. Then it was handed over to the solicitors to take the sale forward. This became a really difficult experience and I became increasingly frustrated as the buyers solicitors would not respond to any of my email / enquiries, and so I had no idea what was going on / how long the process would take / what was causing the delays. As soon as Vicky found out, she took charge and became the main point of contact between myself and the sellers - keeping us constantly updated and making sure any blockages were quickly rectified. Whereas many agents disengage after a sale has been accepted, Vicky did the opposite and has been the person responsible for driving things forward. She has gone above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful that I chose Your Move Estate Agents. If you're buying or selling, this is the BEST estate agents! Kay Mistry

I’ve recently put my home on with your move in Newton Abbot, I can not thank them enough… from the beginning of meeting Josh who was very professional and made the beginning of the sale of my home stress free , pictures taken were of a good quality and very good for the property….. also explained about where my house would be advertised then I met Vicki who arranged viewings for the property again a very professional approach, got me multiple viewings for the property, as a lot of people will know you have highs and lows with selling property Vicki kept me informed all the way with a positive outlook on my home and eventually got me a very good offer , can not thank them enough, all in all would I recommend Your Move , Newton Abbot….
