I don't even know where to begin! From the start of my sale process, Jen and Vicky were fantastic. I had a couple of sales fall through and I was kept updated and informed the whole time, from phone calls and emails, to all the reassurance I needed. Everyone was so lovely and extremely supportive, especially as this was my first time selling and they managed to answer all my silly questions - nothing was too much trouble for them. They listened to me laugh and cry, sometimes at the same time and basically kept me sane. Selling in a pandemic wasn't easy but without the team at Your Move I have no idea how I would have got there. The team in Newton Abbot are a credit to Your Move and the company should be so proud to have these wonderful people working for them. Your move have been absolutely amazing with the sale of our house. All the agents are amazing, we were so well looked after especially by Vicky, Jen and Josh. From the valuation to our current position of exchange of contracts they have been nothing but helpful and have gone above and beyond for us during a complicated sale. Very pleased with the level of service provided for a house sale, from initial contact through the whole process. Lots of viewings were generated and communication was excellent throughout, with Paul being proactive in keeping us informed and dealing with any issues promptly. Generally speaking I haven't had a lot of time for estate agents, their role always seemed superfluous in my previous Letting transactions as I always seemed to do a lot of the 'leg work' myself. However Agnese and the lettings team at the Newton abbot your move office completely shifted my opinion on this. Agnese went out of her way to provide information and support pertenent to my letting transaction and it felt like she was a real ally in finding the right peoperty and taking the steps to secure it.
