Google5 Star Service! Vicky goes above and beyond! She has dealt with every part of our rental keeping us updated (immediately) and is always reassuring, pro active and efficient when problems arise. GoogleReally disappointed with the customer service in the Newton Abbot branch. I had to make over 10 calls to get a call back when wanting to rent somewhere in the area. You would think they would want the business but they just didn't care. Vicky was rude and not helpful and she was supposed to be a senior member!

GoogleI used your move ( Newton abbot ) recently when moving property. Reece and Laura were fantastic, super friendly and made the move so easy especially in the small time frame we had from viewing to weeks later moving in. Literally responding to emails within minutes. Reece even helped me when measuring the rooms to see if my furniture would fit on the second viewing. Honestly Cannot fault them. :)

GoogleFantastic service! Mostly dealt with Paul Caisley who was super friendly, quick to sort things out, and always giving me updates. Went above and beyond, and would definitely recommend. Also Josh who handled the initial consultation very good. I would happily use them again!

They have been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful the whole way through and suggested a fantastic mortgage advisor and solicitor that meant our purchase has all gone through very swiftly and without a hitch. GoogleI used Your Move with the recent sale of our property in Devon. I had submitted all of the paperwork, including a Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) where I explained at length about recent flooding events due to a network issue. Your Move took it upon themselves, to copy that PIQ, remove the very important details and then forge my signature, in what I can only believe to be some sort of an attempt at trying to sell the property quickly, hassle free and using trickery for potential buyers. Your Move accidentally sent the forged document to me, as part of the complaints procedure where I was accused of not declaring the flooding, prior to the property being marketed. It took them 8 weeks to finally offer a derisory £250 compensation, for what amounts to gross misconduct, fraud and forgery. I’d certainly recommend against using Your Move, unless you want to potentially land yourself in a lot of bother in years to come. Thankfully, the information about the flooding had come out through other sources and the buyer did not wish to renegotiate the sale price. Property Ombudsman's Verdict, 21.02.2023 - 'YourMove failed to adhere to the requirements of Paragraph the Code, in that their Representative’s actions in respect of the PIQ were not in line with best practice or integrity, and indicated a willingness to obtain business by methods involving misrepresentation.'
Thank you for your review, we are sorry that this situation occurred but we are glad that TPOS agreed that we handled the situation appropriately when it was escalated though the complaints process and the staff member involved is no longer employed by Your Move.

GoogleAs first time buyers me and my other half have had a great experience from day one, Paul Caisley has been brilliant with helping us find THE house and has always been very helpful when we needed it. We have also been to see Hollie Cale to sort out our mortgage, she has been helpful so far and has explained each step to us! We are both looking forward to the continued support and getting the keys in our hands!
