GoogleI’m in the process of selling and buying. Louise came to mine and explained everything really simply about what I would need to do to get the ball rolling on selling my property. Paul has been really helpful with how the process has been going and there’s always some one on the phone can help you with any issues you have. Then there’s Hollie! Hollie has gone above and beyond for me sorting my new mortgage. It can be really confusing and there is a lot of paper work but she’s been there every step of the way even doing bits for me that she didn’t really need to do and explaining things when she knows I’m stressing! Can’t thank her enough EVERYBODY at your move has Been great and would easily recommend them to anybody

GoogleWe bought a house through them. Staff is ill informed, I was interrupted mid sentence all the time when I had valid questions. When I finally said to stop interrupting, they hang up on me! I was going to use them to rent my property, but I think I will go somewhere else. We were also informed that the property we buy has no chain and 2 weeks (!!) before we were ready for completion we were informed that there is a chain - how we have not been informed about it earlier? Also when viewing the house in question I was talked down to by the agent when asking legitimate question about sellers willingness to negotiate, and when I asked to see this and that, I was told "this is not how we show the house" and was just waived away to look at the garden and garage myself (too lazy to come with me or offended that I wanted to see the house in different order, because I was interested more in different things?) Also when I commented on one of the rooms that it is the nicest room in the house, he stated "we assumed it's the ugliest" and lo and behold there was not even one photo of this room in their ad. We put down the offer ONLY because I liked it, and despite the agent, not because. Generally not very pleasant experience. I called to talk the matter over and guess what - they kept interrupting me when I was talking. I barely could say a full sentence without being interrupted. Manager of this place is very unprofessional.
In response to the above I feel that your conversation with my staff was aggressive. Our company has a zero tolerance policy to protect our staff from any type of abuse. We are unable to release keys to buyers until the acting Solicitor calls giving us authority to release the keys on completion. If you feel you have been misled in the purchase process please contact us further to discuss.

GoogleI am completely new to the rental market and had many questions and indeed certain reservations about the whole process. My application to rent was made much easier by the letting consultant . Naomi who was very efficient, friendly, helpfull and knowledgeable. This has made the whole transaction much easier. I would thoroughly recommend Naomi and the rest of the team at Newton Abbot to any one considering the rental market.

GoogleHollie has been absolutely fantastic in helping me find the best mortgage as I am buying a shared ownership property and she was very knowledgeable in which lenders would accept shared ownership. She explained everything clearly to me without lots of jargon! Always very polite and professional and quick at responding to emails from me. Have also dealt with Paul who is also very helpful and polite and professional. Highly recommended!

GoogleProfessionalism personified. Organisations are only ever as good as their weakest link. Well, no such thing with this Your Move Team. House selling and buying is said to be one of life's most stressful situations you will ever experience, but rest assured these guys are utterly capable of resolving even the most complicated of circumstances put before them. They are extremely dependable and are unfailing in their determination to complete the job in an utterly professional manner, but also with fabulous sense of humor and an approachable style.

GoogleWhat to say? Sometimes, in life, we have to move home etc through circumstance, often beyond our control. An example being divorce. Well, through all of the pain and trauma I can say, hand on heart, as how I am so glad I found YOUR MOVE. A certain lass there called Sam Morse has helped me right the way through the painful process...phone call after phone call to myself and always with so much reassurance that I am going to be OK etc...sorting all the conveyancing out...I mean everything. She is a lass in a million and I am so glad she came to my rescue. Sam, if you get to read this, you are simply all that and then some on top. Guys going through the mill like myself...do I recommend YOUR MOVE?...too right I do. To the entire team, you really are the best and sincere love to you all. More than highly recommended.
