I'd like to share my very positive experience of renting through Your Move. I have lived in my rental property for 9 years and it's Darin at the Camborne office I've dealt with, he has been very supportive throughout and always kept me informed of any changes. He's always there at the end of the phone if I have any queries or worries. I would definitely recommend using Darin at Your Move if looking for property to rent or buy!

I have been looked after Vic Morecraft as I was looking for an apartment for rent on two occasions in the past 3 years. She has been absolutely excellent ! An exemplary Senior Lettings Manager !! Very kind, helpful, efficient and respectful of the client, she is the example setting the industry standards, honestly if most Lettings agents were only a bit like she is !! Five stars !

Our house completed 9 months ago and it’s been super busy ever since, hence the late review. We would just like to say a massive thank you to Kathryn - she was so informative and so helpful and patient with us. She was able to answer any questions we had and help speed the process up by working closely with us and the sellers. We appreciate all of her hard work - thank you for all you do. Kelly - thank you for again working closely with the sellers and doing your absolute best to speed things up. We viewed the house twice with Kelly and she was so happy to tell us everything we needed to know. Thank you both for your efforts to make this process the easiest it could have been! Edit: Unfortunately I’ve had to drop my rating by 2 stars because I was treated very rudely by Harry. Thankfully the other staff in the office were very helpful after the fact and were lovely to speak to, and they solved my issue within 5 minutes. However, the experience was thoroughly soured by this interaction, and I cannot in good conscience maintain a 5 star rating of this company. Morgen did a fantastic job coordinating my move despite me being out of the country. From arranging video viewings and quick response times, this experience couldn’t have been smoother!

We could be happier. Jo and I found out apartment through Your Move with Morgan showing us around and then helped us with the finance (thanks Rob!) and the process in general. We're sat typing this in our conservatory watching a bit of Glastonbury on TV after spending the day moving in - delighted.
