GoogleAwful service. Take months to repair any issues with the house, for example we had a shower leaking through our light for 2 years, yet they will use blame the tenants. Also when you end a tenancy they will do everything they can to overcharge you and keep hold of your deposit, so be prepared to never see that money again when you start a tenancy.

GoogleI have been in 4 rental properties in the past 4 years, and these are by far the worst agency I have had to deal with. I would highly recommend finding another rental property with another agency. To put it into perspective, I have never left a review on google in my life, but they are that bad that I had to.

GoogleJust about to get the keys from the new flat that we found and rented from Your Move. Mel, Jenna and Jacky have been excellent to deal with and were very helpful. I'm looking forward to finally start living there. Update after moving out: We've been with Your Move for a few years and have nothing bad to say about them. They've always been reasonable and quick to sort out any issues we've had with the property. The best estate agents we've had so far!

GoogleI can highly recommend Your Move, Southsea. They are very professional and their communication and actions are excellent. Joe Cartwright and Amy were fantastic. I have had bad experiences of lettings agents in the past, so will be sticking to this one! I also recently sold a property with Right Move and the Sales team, particularly Samantha and Jessica were excellent. They responded quickly to queries and requests. It was reassuring to know that you have such reliable and personable people on the other end of the phone!

GoogleI needed to find the right letting agent for my property and popped in on the off chance to see what they could offer. Sam the branch manger was there, she was very helpful and booked me in to see Joe one of the letting agents. Joe was so helpful and professional and explained everything. The whole process was seamless and made very clear for me to understand. GoogleEdit: Unfortunately I’ve had to drop my rating by 2 stars because I was treated very rudely by Harry. Thankfully the other staff in the office were very helpful after the fact and were lovely to speak to, and they solved my issue within 5 minutes. However, the experience was thoroughly soured by this interaction, and I cannot in good conscience maintain a 5 star rating of this company. Morgen did a fantastic job coordinating my move despite me being out of the country. From arranging video viewings and quick response times, this experience couldn’t have been smoother!

GoogleSamantha Morse at Your Move Southsea exceed all of my expectations from start to finish. When my property went on the websites it look great and we had many viewings which resulted in a sale at a very good price. It was a very quick turn around to a exchange and a completion. Samantha helped me with all paperwork and if anything need to be done she was on it straight away to make sure the process went smoothly for me. If you are looking for Southsea agent who has great knowledge of the market and has your best interest at heart then call Samantha you won't be disappointed.
