Just wanted to say what a great team at Your Move Southsea, all were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my daughter could move into her uni student rental house as smoothly as possible. A few glitches along the way (not caused by the agents) were resolved efficiently. Spot on service from a friendly and helpful bunch.

Morgen was great. She was very friendly, incredibly helpful, communicative, responsive and went above and beyond to help secure a property. It was a smooth and quick process thanks to her pro activeness and her consistent updates and quick responses to my messages. Oh my where do I start!!! My sons student accommodation was bug infested, damp and mould on the walls with a broken chest of drawers, and carbon monoxide coming in his window from the flue that’s right outside his bedroom window and also the bathroom. Dealing with you-move has been like a circus, they take no responsibility in dealing with things and are very rude when they have to deal with any problems! They don’t care because you’ve signed the contact and they just want the money! So if you like having lots of problems and bugs and mould with carbon monoxide and dealing with people with attitude problems! Especially AMY!!! Who is argumentative and very very rude! Then this is the company for you!

We have just recently completed on a house purchase that was made very difficult by the tenant but sam and Jessica on the sales team have been fantastic and so helpful. They answered every question/ weekly phone call that we had even if they didn’t have the answers they would try there best to get me answers! Would deffo recommend using them!!
