GoogleI have used YourMove Southsea for 13 years with 100% success. I wouldn't use any other agency. Friendly, competent, and competitive. New tenancy just agreed...so comforting to know the team were on the case!

GoogleScummy company! House was full of damp and mould when I moved. They lied to me with fake pictures on site then once moved in the mould and damp was horrible. Heaters wasn't working so lived in cold home for months. Agents always passing buck and making excuses. Managers was a joke. The point when you become ill and doctor advises you to leave home to prevent getting further ill says it all! To take the mick more the scummy people working there stole my deposit and blamed me for damage yet I took photos of everything when I moved them and showed when I left but again they con you again and what they dont tell you is your money is locked up with another company and you have fight for your own money! Do not use this scum bags! I put my complaints in writing. I showed them my property and did nothing! I shall never forget the damage and pain and stress and misery you horrible scummy people did to me. I tell everyone about how you lot operate. I know you remember the name but people need to know how disgusted your company and those who work for it are! You never dared called me back when I left messages complaining! I will always remember the faces I dealt with and yet to this day no one high up got back to me. That's what cowards and scum bags do in life! The landlord I had was a joke! Its agency like this who effect us all as they push for you to bid and offer more money in rent. Everything you have heard of the news is true when dealing with this company! My time in cornwall was ruined because of them. Who would have thought returning back to stoke would be much better than living in cornwall especially with scum people in charge and yes my medical records have everything listed and i can get doctor to the damage I have on my chest even to this day! Love to see what you write back ... probably nothing as none of you dare to own up or face accountability! These people are no better than the post office scandal lot! Till I die I will never use them again! More people need speak up about what's really going on with these companies and not having their heads in the sands or walk about sleeping! Truth needs come out! Scum bags right here!
We are sorry to read your review from a situation two years ago. We recall that you moved into the property during Covid, which due to Covid restrictions meant you were in the difficult position where you had to secure the property without viewing it. We visited the property in 2022 to assess the issues that you had raised, keen to discuss with the landlord to resolve. The landlord agreed to carry out work to improve the situation, however further work was necessary. Unfortunately, during this period availability of contractors was very limited so the work took longer than expected. The Lettings industry is highly regulated, we are members of Propertymark and must adhere to regulations like deposits being held by a third party. GoogleI just purchased my first home through Your Move and my experience with them was absolutely positive. Most of my interactions were with Max, Charlie and Samantha, and they were very friendly and helpful throughout. What I appreciated particularly was that they provided me with detailed documentation on the property when I first viewed it. This made things very transparent and also came in handy later on, when applying for a mortgage, etc. Communication was also very clear throughout the process. They also didn't try to badger me into getting additional products (like a mortgage) from them, which is what I've experienced with some other estate agents. As far as I recall, they offered to help with the mortgage. But when I politely declined, that was respected and I appreciated this a lot. When I sell/ buy in the future, I'll definitely go with them again.

GoogleI have had a great experience of using Your Move in Southampton. Charlie came to estimate the sale price of my house and was really upfront and honest, I felt I could trust him immediately as he was saying his honest opinions rather than what I might want to hear as other estate agents had done. Frances was great througout, arranging my viewing of properties for me to buy and always prompt and helpful. Then finally Sam has been really tenacious in getting my purchase through and driving the solicitors onwards. Thanks to you all so much! A really great experience.

GoogleEmma was friendly and efficient when she showed me round what was to become my flat last August. She understood that I really wanted it and went the extra mile in regards to negotiating terms with the landlord, and ensuring I stood the best chance of passing credit checks etc.
