A detailed valuation and explanation of the process was provided together with honest guidance. They arranged property viewings well, providing clear notice and feedback, and later managed communications with the seller and the conveyancer while keeping me up to date on any changes. I just purchased my first home through Your Move and my experience with them was absolutely positive. Most of my interactions were with Max, Charlie and Samantha, and they were very friendly and helpful throughout. What I appreciated particularly was that they provided me with detailed documentation on the property when I first viewed it. This made things very transparent and also came in handy later on, when applying for a mortgage, etc. Communication was also very clear throughout the process. They also didn't try to badger me into getting additional products (like a mortgage) from them, which is what I've experienced with some other estate agents. As far as I recall, they offered to help with the mortgage. But when I politely declined, that was respected and I appreciated this a lot. When I sell/ buy in the future, I'll definitely go with them again.
