Poor communication. Would not reccomend. They do not reply to enquiries and when asking for more property information regarding properties I am told that the property is ‘now let’ despite calling as soon as it goes on zoopla. I’m not sure what the benefit of advertising a property which is ‘now let’ is nor am I sure why the same property keeps getting listed every week.

Informed the Agents we were out of area and we would have to come down specifically for the viewings (two properties). They arrived without a key, showed us the wrong property (neighbor let us in). We then queried the second property (the agent on the day was unaware we were seeing two). We were taken there after to find that the agent again did not have the key...

We’ve just completed on our very first home and honestly couldn’t have done it without the amazing help from Samantha Morse. I don’t normally leave reviews, but Theo at the Southsea Branch of Your Move was a really pleasant, knowledgeable and professional agent with a witty sense of humour. He was extremely helpful in our house search, nothing was too much trouble and he actually listened to us about what we wanted in our next home.
