I contracted this agent for three months from August ‘24 to October ‘24. Although initial communications were constructive everything from the outset was problematic. There were various issues with contract details and marketing materials and to make matters worse the agents actually closed down their base of operations during this period for a complete refurbishment without informing me, which was to say the least disconcerting. After going live with the property literally nothing happened. I found myself having to constantly chase the agent with phone calls and emails and there was virtually no ongoing input. The property received no viewings at all within this period and eventually I gave instructions to remove the listing. Needless to say I wasn’t at all impressed with the service that I received. Overall a most frustrating and underwhelming experience. I wouldn’t be inclined to endorse this agent nor would I be disposed to recommend them.
