GoogleI would definitely always recommend reeds Raines as an estate agent to buy and sell from I found them very professional very helpful and very friendly and welcoming Bekky Lenaghan tirelessly chased solicitors and my useless purple bricks vendor to hurry along the sale and very kindly kept our lady selling happy while paperwork was being done. Bekky kept us updated almost every day and constantly put pressure on lawyers who happily did things at their own pace so we were very grateful to Bekky for all her hard work and effort, we feel she went above and beyond her duty as an estate agent and will always be eternally grateful to her as we were on the verge of loosing our property so we feel without her things just wouldn’t of happened for us thanks again fantastic service 👍❤️
Wow! What can I say! Such lovely words Linda. I am over the moon that we got you moved! I hope you are very happy with your new place; such a big move for you! Good luck with everything and thank you so much again for a fantastic review :) All the best, Bekky

GoogleBuying a home from a great distance away is not easy especially when it depends upon selling a foreign property, transferring funds from abroad via anti money laundering systems and trying to match and meet deadlines etc. Lauren was always contactable to answer any queries and guide us through the UK side of the purchase, she also was on hand to sort a couple of little snags after we had moved in. All in all a very professional pre-sale experience and friendly after-sales service.
Thank you for the lovely review, I know it took a little longer than anticipated but we got there in the end - at least the next time I am dealing with overseas real estate I will have some more background knowledge thanks to you! Congratulations again - you have bought a lovely, lovely new home. Thanks, Lauren

GoogleTop marks to Lauren Hodgson for her professionalism and dedication while selling our mothers flat, would definitely recommend her to anyone in the process of buying, selling or renting in the Scarborough area. Thanks again!
Definitely a marathon and not a sprint with this one, especially at the end but we did it! You had a great sense of humour throughout which I think at times kept us both going! I hope your Mum has settled well and you know where I am if you need any help again! Thanks, Lauren

Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ To all the team at the Scarborough branch for selling the house quick sharp. Hassle and stress free from start to finish. The team did all the viewings and even let the dogs up the garden in the process. An extra 🌟 for Lauren who has put up with me the most and for being at the end of the phone and keeping me up to date all the way....it’s finally moving day on Friday 👏
Hi Ruth, We'll have to frame all the stars there and put them up in the office, thank you! I've thoroughly enjoyed helping you through the whole process, I know how hard you work so I'm pleased that we were able to make it so easy for you, your dogs were great too! Good luck with the move, we'll speak to you soon. Thanks, Lauren

GoogleVery pleasant Estate Agents. Unfortunately I did not end up buying a property from them, but they did keep me up to date with new properties on to the market, which was refreshing. I can not remember the name of the gentleman I had dealings with but he was very polite and knowledgeable. I will undoubtably be coming back to you when I come to sell. Terry
Thank you for taking the time to review us here, we have passed on your comments to the whole team, you have all of our details so please do not hesitate to contact us when you are ready to sell we will be happy to help! Thanks, Reeds Rains Scarborough.
