GoogleThis is the second time that we have used Reeds Rains in Durham to let our property. Overall we have found the staff at Reeds Rains [ Stacey, Jasmin and Jennifer ] to be most pleasant and efficient Reeds Rains found a tenant for us very quickly . Despit some last minute hick ups with the Gas Certificate which was sorted out the same day , everything went really well.

GoogleAbsolutely top-class! We were very lucky to sell our house straightaway - but this wouldn't have happened without Reeds Rains getting everything right - the description, photos, price and so on. They were also a very reassuring and knowledgeable presence through the whole process between selling and moving. Would recommend, without hesitation.
Thank you for your kind review Simon, you know where we are if you need us in the future. Many Thanks, Lucy, Reeds Rains Durham City

GoogleI would Highly recommend Reeds & Rains in Durham, especially Stacie, Jasmine and Jennifer, they have always been polite, always willing to help and understand my needs. From the very first day I told them what kind of tenant I was looking for, so they were more than willing to do their best, they actually found my ideal tenant and they are more than happy in their new home. They didn't stop there, they arranged for energy certificates to be updated, insurance if I needed it, at no time have I felt pressured to say yes. Absolutely more than 5 stars *****+ Well done girls

GoogleOK, so they managed to sell my house, which is a bonus in a flattened market ... but, I don't feel the best price possible was obtained - in particular be wary of advice to go with a guide price range from X to Y, as we followed this advice and the associated Right Move advert made it look like the price was just X, which offers then came in beneath. Also, original valuation was way over, which meant reductions followed, which weakened our bargaining position when an offer eventually came in.
