GoogleRecently purchased a property through reeds rains. They were excellent from start to finish especially the lovely Andrea who dealt with everything from start to finish and was extremely professional throughout the process. If you are looking for a friendly and professional estate agent with extensive knowledge of the area then reeds rains is the one for you!!

GoogleI cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough, especially Andrea, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. My case took a long time to complete (through no fault of the estate agency whatsoever) but Andrea was incredibly patient, supportive, and professional from start to finish. She was always happy to help and, crucially, always answered the phone whenever I needed to speak to someone. If you want an agency that actually cares and sticks by you, look no further!

GoogleWe have just recently completed on buying a property through Reeds Rains, and I just wanted to highlight how fantastic Andrea at Stockton was throughout the whole process. We first approached Andrea with our interest in a property before we had even sold our own home, and from that very first point of contact, her service has been exceptional. She has been incredibly supportive, proactive, and always willing to help. Andrea kept in regular contact with us regarding the progress of our own house sale, while also communicating with the family selling the property we were hoping to buy. This made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable and reassuring. Throughout the whole conveyancing process Abby and Andrea were in regular contact and always willing to go the extra mile to support a smooth process, nothing was ever too much and they were always just a phone call or email away. We’re so grateful for everything- the customer service truly is outstanding, and we felt in very safe hands from the very first contact all the way through to completion. Thank you so much! GoogleWhat can I say about Your move Darlington, from booking a viewing at a property 3 weeks ago, to making an offer, then having Hannah come and valuate and take my property to market and selling just 1 day after going live, to Sharon and Allyson who has helped every step of the way too, it is all with the solicitors to be finalised but i know if i need them they are only a call away.

GoogleI had an absolutely fantastic experience with this estate agent from start to finish. A special thank you to Neil for his outstanding guidance and support throughout the process. As this was a corporate sale, it was something completely new to me, but Neil was incredibly patient and always on hand to explain each step clearly. Thanks to his proactive approach and constant communication, everything was finalised much faster than I expected. I also really appreciated how flexible the team was. As I live quite far from the property and had very limited time for viewings, they went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, which made a huge difference. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you again!

GoogleTried to book a viewing for house, and was greeted by a horrible woman, just because i don’t have a mortgage in principle yet she was very rude, telling me that i’ wasting her time and the owners, i tried explaining to her that i have a mortgage adviser and have been at my job through agency for a year and that i have been told i should be getting a permanent position soon and that my mortgage adviser has said that i will get a mortgage as soon as i get my contract through that would more than cover the amount of the house, but the woman on phone just kept saying i was wasting her time and was very rude throughout the call, definitely needs some customer service training, she was just looking for a quick commission in my opinion, not very helpful for a potential first time buyer, i wouldn't of minded if she had just told me politely that i could get a viewing as soon as i got a mortgage in principle instead of the way she spoke to me
