They were outstanding! I had an offer on my property in less than 4 weeks! Which was amazing and more than I could have hoped for in terms of speed. They were helpful and thorough, missing nothing and checking everything. Then I had a major delay with my lease hold situation, they were brilliant and kept my buyer happy over the long period it took to be resolved, which for such a small sale was no mean feat. Their customer service kept me going, hearing from the regularly, which was fortunate and reassuring as had also learnt I had fallen pregnant and was being made redundant all at tge same time.
