GoogleBeware deceased estates: Reeds Rain Guisborough. Marketing a property a year before probate granted and then doing it a second time without consulting the executor before transfers and final accounts are paid is totally un professional. Taking instructions from a third party and holding keys for viewing! Jumping the gun!

GoogleStaff are professional and polite. They were always on hand to answer any questions and kept us more upto date than our solicitor did. A lovely agent to deal with.

GoogleSuperb service, very efficient snd friendly staff. Nothing was too much bother. They sold our house very quickly and then helped me to buy. Could not recommend them highly enough. Already sent a friend there!

GoogleI have been trying to sell our property for nearly a year, when a friend suggested moving to Reeds Rains Guisborough. within 7 days it was sold and the team kept us informed right up to the keys being handed over to the new owner.

GoogleFirst class, friendly service and a great team. Reeds Raines Guisborough pulled out all the stops to help sell my property. I was kept up dated though out the process and would certainly use them again in the future.

GoogleI've tried to sell my house through 3 agents and have found Reeds Rains in Guisborough to be head and shoulders above the rest. One agent had it over a year and got nowhere. Another Internet based "guaranteed sale" agent failed to meet their promises, but Cathy and Sian at Reeds Rains got on the case, kept me updated and found a buyer who has now completed. Would highly recommend them. Thank you!

GoogleI found Reeds Rains to be excellent in dealing with every aspect of me buying a property. I have been kept up to date all the way through the process and what was very refreshing is that they answered any queries the same day. I will happily recommend Reeds Rains to any person seeking a professional and friendly service. A massif thank you to the Guisborough team for finding us our forever home.

GoogleCannot thank Christine and team at REEDS RAINS at Acklam branch enough , excellent service always pleasant and kept us informed every step of selling our property. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleOK, so they managed to sell my house, which is a bonus in a flattened market ... but, I don't feel the best price possible was obtained - in particular be wary of advice to go with a guide price range from X to Y, as we followed this advice and the associated Right Move advert made it look like the price was just X, which offers then came in beneath. Also, original valuation was way over, which meant reductions followed, which weakened our bargaining position when an offer eventually came in.

GoogleIt’s been a pleasure working with everyone at Reeds Rains, Elliot in particular has been incredibly helpful, he’s always willing to accommodate viewings and goes out of his way to provide an excellent and personalised service.

GoogleAlice really helped me with a good knowledge of the local areas and also helped me look at some comparables for a few properties I was interested in buying. We ran through everything I would need to be able to rent my property out. Very helpful.

GoogleMe and my Fiancée where looking to buy our first ever property together. Alice was very knowledgable about the area as-well as providing lots of in-depth and direct information. Alice took all our needs and requirements in fully to help us find the best place possible for us.
