GoogleDo not enter with reeds Rains. My house is that damp I have slugs up my doors and living room, the timbers have gone in my kitchen and mud in drainage whenever it rains. The problems are endless. Inspected 4 times a year even though I pass with flying colours. I had to take annual leave from a very busy trauma ward at 2 days notice each time for theme to inspect the property. I also paid 3 lots of admin to update tenancy!! STAY AWAY FROM REEDSRAINS THEY ARE USELESS
Hello Christine, We are sorry for the problems that you have experienced. Reeds Rains are doing everything possible to get the works authorised but this consent has to come from the Landlord. I am aware that the contractor is trying to arrange an appointment so that he can provide a cost for fixing all the issues and then we will be seeking to get this authorised and carried out as quickly as possible. GoogleNathan was brilliant 5* for him Reeds Rains were also very helpful. Only issue of I've had were that it took 2 weeks to remove the "to let" sign from my house. Wasn't a good first couple weeks having strangers looking into my front window. It was removed on the third time of asking.

GoogleSuperb service right from the start. Nothing was too much trouble or effort for Steven & his team, in particular Emily Murphy our Sales Negotiator, who went out of her way to help us. Emily even came out +20 miles to view our property herself to be able to answer any prospective buyers questions. Always on-hand to answer questions big or small, Reeds Rains made something stressful like selling your house so much easier.

GoogleWe would recommend Reeds Rains to anyone that asks. Especially Nathan Gibson who dealt with us through our full situation. He was excellent throughout and helped us through the process from viewing to completion. He went above and beyond to enable us to move in and pushed our move quicker than the usual time frame to move. He moved goalposts to enable us to move in and without him we would not be in the property which we love. We have found the perfect house for our family and Nathan was the perfect agent to get this done. We would recommend Nathan and Reeds Rains as their sevice is second to none. Thank you Nathan.

GoogleI had the pleasure of meeting the Reeds Rains team when applying to rent a property. They are really pleasant and helpful and always answered any questions that I had. Lorna Fieldson dealt with my letting and is a wonderful young lady. The whole team are lovely and I really recommend anyone using them.. They offer and give a first class service . Thank you guys.
