GoogleI was very happy with the dealings I had with Lauren (and Dan), they were helpful in providing me with additional information about the local area, which assisted in my decision making when it came to purchasing my property, as well as keeping good lines of communication with regards to the ongoing process. I'd be happy to use them when I come to sell my properties upon completion of this project.

From arranging the valuation, organising viewings and providing feedback, to discussing ideas to improve the chances of the house selling, she has been a delight to deal with. GoogleWe originally marketed the property with the office at Whitby and were becoming very frustrated with the lack of both contact and follow up. Once the property was transferred to Scarborough, things started to progress. Becky has been very helpful with what has been a long winded affair and I would recommend using her if you are in need of a sales negotiator who persists to the very end... thank you for your hard work!

GoogleWe were transferred to the Scarborough branch when the Whitby Office was closed. We were concerned that this would affect the marketing of our property. We need not have worried. Lauren, the assistant branch manager from the Scarborough Office made the transition seamless. Lauren was friendly and professional and guided us through complex negotiations to a successful sale of our property. GoogleWe chose reeds rains having previously bought through them and were impressed. Our property was marketed by the Whitby branch. Shortly after the branch closed and the sale transferred to Scarborough. We were placed in the capable hands of Lauren. It took just under three weeks to sell the house, and Lauren has been very professional and kept us up to date with things. My wife and I highly recommend this company and the service they offer.

GoogleAfter trying to sell our property for well over a year with an estate agent whom i began to think was imaginary as you never heard from them(!!) we moved to Reeds and Rains. Our property has now sold and Lauren has dealt with the sale with a high level of service and great professionalism. She has shown prospective buyers around the property as if it was her own. She always informed us before a viewing took place and kept us updated afterwards which gave us lots of confidence. She always does what she promises to do, something that we found quite rare with previous estate agents that we have dealt with. She calls you back whenever you leave a message and is always very approachable, friendly and upbeat. We have been lucky to have had her support throughout this process and would definitely recommend her. We don't often give good reviews as not many deserve them but we will definitely use her again should we sell another property. Well done Lauren! Donna and Paul
