GoogleReeds Rains having given outstanding help and support during the sale of our property and the purchase of the bungalow, they answered all questions and queries quickly and accurately and always responded quickly, a special mention goes to Andrea and Abbie who were the 2 staff members who managed any issues professionally, quickly and accurately giving great advice, but for the staff at Reeds Rains I'm fairly certain the sale and purchase would have taken longer, I can thoroughly recommend Reeds Rains to sell your property quickly and with great professionalism.

GoogleOur experience with Reeds Rains Stockton has been brilliant. They came highly recommended to us, and now I can see why. The whole team are so friendly and professional, whether in phone or in person they have been easy to contact and a pleasure to talk to, making us feel very reassured. Have to give a special shout out to Andrea who I talked with the most throughout the whole process. She was absolutely fantastic, keeping us up to date with everything, the big and the small, and was really helpful in keeping us informed about the whole process. If you’re looking for a friendly and reliable estate agents, that provide brilliant customer service then I cannot recommend them highly enough! I hope we’re not going to be moving house again any time soon but if we do they’ll be the first people we call!

GoogleAs a landlord Reeds Rains are the only estate agents I would deal with when renting out houses.. From buying my first BTL from them to now renting out 2 properties through them the experience and service has been faultless every time. The process is always clear and easy to understand, and their more than happy to answer any queries you have and the level of communication is second to none. Just a very smooth and easy experience. 👍👍 Update, 29.07.2026 I have just used them again for a rental and gained another great experience.
