Such an amazing service from Bekky, if you're buying or selling your home, this is the lady for the job! it was the first time I had sold a property & no matter how silly the question, she was happy to go through every detail with me. I felt completely supported & never left waiting for a response, I was kept upto date every step of the way. Cannot recommend enough! Thankyou Bekky & the rest of the team for all your hard work!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality

Hi Lola, Thank you ever so much for the review. You were an absolute pleasure to deal with and what a lovely house I sold for you; I have no doubt your new property will be done to such a lovely standard as your last one 😊 Thanks again. Bekky

Just recently gone through the process of renting a property through Your Move in Darlington and they have been very good From viewing the property to confirming move in date with references back and paperwork completed was 2 days! I have dealt with Zoe and she has been so helpful and always emailed back promptly or been on the phone when I've needed anything. Very easy and stress free process so I definitely recommend.PositiveProfessionalism

Well you initially put through to the company in Manchester who respond instantly telling you to contact the Middlesbrough branch You email You phone Over a week later nothing If I was a landlord I'd be fuming at how much I would be potentially losing due to them

Alice really helped me with a good knowledge of the local areas and also helped me look at some comparables for a few properties I was interested in buying. We ran through everything I would need to be able to rent my property out. Very helpful.

Chris at Middlesbrough branch was fantastic throughout our sale during lockdown. Great communication and understanding of our frustration at perceived hold, realistically though despite lockdown Reeds Rains got us through our move in timescale you’d expect in normal circumstances.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I'm saying 4....because all I know about them in Middlesborough is they actually answer the phone, they're real, they have an office/shop, they did answer questions. So very positive! Other agents in that area are internet based companies, use an answering portal, do not get back to client and when they do, they cannot answer any queries about properties they advertise. So yes, use a known name like Reeds Rains! Of course, that's no help if you're buying though and the seller doesn't use a kosher agent.

A huge thank you to christine and all the staff at Reeds Raines Trimdon Avenue. We were in an awkward position whereby we live in Australia and had our house to sell in Acklam without being able to be there due to the coronavirus. They made a huge effort in organising the sale of my car as well as the property. Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish there attention to detail and trustworthiness was exceptional we can’t thank them enough for all their help and consideration. We would highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Could not speak highly enough of the way Chris at Reeds Rains and all the staff have helped us to sell our Mums house. They like everyone are working in difficult times but helped me with all the processes of valuing ,arranging viewings, supporting us with the paperwork and the whole process.I contacted Chris early on in lockdown and she got things moving for us as quickly as possible she was polite and kind and always answered any questions we had. Thank you all so much for taking away the stress of selling our Mums house .PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

After having a bad experience from another estate agent in Middlesbrough, I can put my hand on my heart and say the staff from Reeds and Rains in the Middlesbrough branch are very polite, helpful and professional. Went to view a house in acklam and were greeted by manager Christine who’s service was A1. Also dealt with Catherine who was also very helpful and made sure i was kept upto date. I wouldn’t find a fault with their service even if i wanted to, Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and hope to deal with your again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
