Professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended, nothing was ever too much trouble. My main point of contact was Sue. Renting my house out couldn’t have gone more smoothly and quickly down to her always being on the ball. Thank you!

I am buying a property through the Stockton branch and have seen a few accompanied by Angela who was totally professional throughout and very helpful and accommodating if I needed to change viewing times at short notice. Staff in the office are very pleasant to deal with.

I have nothing but praise for the excellent service given by Steve Macdonald and his colleagues at the Stockton branch . After instructing them it was no time at all before we had 3 viewings arranged and within 2 days of these 2 offers followed by a sale! They kept us updated and always answered the phone promptly and returned calls when required. I would recommend them highly without hesitation

Thank you Reeds Rains and especially Amy and Sue at the Stockton office for helping us to sell our property. They have advised, reassured and walked us through the process and have always been professional and responsive to our needs. We are looking forward to our move. Keep up the good work in these difficult Covid days

I have been dealing with Sue ar Reeds Raines regarding the sale of a deceased persons property. This has not been an easy thing to take on but I cannot speak highly enough about the service I have received.i have been kept informed of all viewings and subsequent negotiations by Sue efficiently and sympathetically which has made a difficult task much easier. I would recommend Reeds Raines as professional and most helpful.

A big thank you to Reeds Rain Stockton for your support through the purchase of our house. Due to a temporary break in a chain of 4, my buyer pulling out days before (a further delayed) exchange, then to retract her decision 2 weeks later. Reed Rains came to the rescue again when it looked like the agreed deadline date of exchange was not going to happen. I am so grateful to Sue, Andrea & Amy for your guidance and understanding of a stressful situation way out of our control. They definitely provide a 5* service

Over the last week I've had several viewings through Reeds Rains and they have provided exceptional service. They provided excellent insight and information about their properties and gave excellent customer service. They provided service with a smile and couldn't do any more for us as a customer, we would definitely use Reeds Rains again. Sue and Diane are two lovely ladies who are an asset to your business.

I am currently dealing with Reeds Rains in their Hartburn, Stockton branch, selling my property. I’ve found a really professional and efficient service, alongside really knowledgeable and friendly staff. Everybody I’ve dealt with happily guided and helped me every step, and nothing is too much trouble. The admin is very efficient, and prompt. If you’re looking for an estate agent, I would have no hesitation in recommending Reeds Rains.
