Reeds Rain branch at Stockton has great communication with prospective buyers and is available to assist in any issue. My most recent encounter with Reeds Rain at Stockton was with a property that we had a bit of difficulty getting the memo of sale through due to some unique circumstances from our side, but Amy Icke was professional, assistive and supportive to help us overcome this issue that was preventing us from purchasing a property with their agency. Amy helped us with the issue and we successfully managed to salvage the deal and proceed onwards with our investment. GoogleWe initially had our house up with another agent who never gave any feedback, was uncontactable and only ever sent us text messages. Switched to Reeds Rains and what a difference Sue and her team were. From day one they made us feel important and always gave us feedback whether good or bad. Once the house sold Sue and Amy followed the sale from cradle to grave and kept us informed and updated, this was a great bonus as our solicitor only ever responded to emails so we leant on Sue and Amy a little, sorry guys but Thank you. They were all really responsive and so friendly they showed they actually cared for their customers and treated our individual needs perfectly. Andrea gave us some great advice and was really helpful. She kept us up to date with everything , regularly sent us new properties which suited our requirements and we finally have purchased a lovely home. I only wish we had known about the fantastic service before we put our home on the market because I would have definitely used them for both Sale and purchase of our properties. GoogleReeds rains have been amazing with us from start to finish, baring in mind we are first time buyers so we didn't instruct any estate agent to work on behalf of us, they were always willing to provide an update on the sale asap when we called. If we were promised a callback we could rest assured we would get it without chasing. Amy was also really good at providing regular email updates and keeping us in the loop!! A really efficient service all round, in particular from Sue and Andrea who looked after us! Our solicitors were absolutely useless but having a fab estate agents certainly made up for it and made the conveyancing stress bearable!!
