The agent never got back to my friend who was making the enquiry hence the score

Terry · 6 February 2022 · Reeds Rains, Scarborough

Agent replied · 6 February 2024

Hi Terry, I hope you are well. We have spoken with you regarding this and as discussed, we had tried to contact your friend on multiple occasions however the number that you provided was incorrect. I know we have now spoken with your friend but of course would be happy to help with any further enquiries if necessary. Kind Regards Clark Morton Branch Manager

Thank you forcyour reply. I think the lack of records may be a factor in my rating. We purchased our current property through your branch.

Roy · 6 February 2022 · Reeds Rains, Scarborough

Agent replied · 6 February 2024

Hello Roy, it's a shame to see just two stars from you. We cannot find a record of you on our system which would suggest we have not dealt with you in the past. Please contact us should there be something we can resolve. Have a great day.

Would like to thank Debbie for meeting us today so that we could measure up for curtains etc at our soon to be new home.. It was Debbie who told us about this flat after showing us around a flat that didn’t tick all our boxes .. She phoned her colleague who was at the flat and arranged for us to go straight round and view it. The flat was perfect ... just what we wanted . Thank you Debbie for going that extra mile! Great service.

I cannot recommend Reeds Rains, Scarborough enough after my recent experience. We were selling a holiday home during several lockdowns. In particular Bekky Lenaghan who was our point of contact throughout the process. Bekky oversaw all viewings and finally negotiated a sale on our behalf. She kept us fully updated and gave us prompt feedback after each viewing. Bekky is clearly passionate about her job and this came across through the process, leaving no stone unturned to get us the right buyer. They even called round to the property one day after we thought we had left a heater switched on and hadn’t realised until we had driven 70 miles home - nothing was too much trouble! Many thanks to the whole team in Scarborough for their invaluable support. We would have no trouble recommending them.

Thank you ever so much for the review Julie. You were an absolute delight to deal with and I wish you all the best for the future. Bekky

Chose Reeds Rains because they seemed more professional at the valuation stage and we feel we made the right choice. The staff were helpful, attentive and friendly throughout. Ashleigh was our lead contact and was excellent from start to finish. She was never other than positive and supportive and was fully focused on pushing the sale through. Whenever we left a message for her she was straight back to us. I have no hesitation in recommending Reeds Rains.
