GoogleI won't lie they were not the "cheapest" estate agents I looked at but the sales manager was someone I instantly felt I could trust and would do the job correctly. I am so pleased I instructed Your Move to sell my property. Their service was second to none, someone was always available to help and they literally took everything out of my hands and just sorted it. Even when things were going wrong and were incredibly stressful they just smoothed everything over. GoogleIt is almost two years since the property in question (a deceased relative's house) was first put on the market. Yes, there was a pandemic in the middle to contend with and, yes, the property had its own issues which were unknown at the beginning of the process, however, Bekky at Reeds Rains was an absolute gem throughout, supporting a very fraught client at times! Two other estate agents were instructed before Reeds Rains - one a lot cheaper and the other with a completely different approach to marketing. They say 'you get what you pay for' and this is certainly the case with Reeds Rains. They may not be the cheapest but their marketing approach using focussed viewing days resulted in two offers on the property by the end of the first viewing day. From that point on, Bekky worked hard to keep the sale on track and, throughout the process, liaised with both parties in the chain and their legal representatives to get the sale finalised. It felt like the sale (to say there was no further chain) went on for an inordinate amount of time but, things being what they are in these Covid-recovery times, this was probably to be expected. Bekky herself was always positive - you can tell she's very passionate about what she does for a living. Bekky told me from the outset she'd be able to sell the property - I only wish I'd listened to her and placed the property for sale with Reeds Rains from the start! GoogleThe Hull office had no idea how to manage the chain. Our purchase took twice as long as we expected and throughout we were in an information vacuum. Reeds Rains did not know enough about what was happening further up the chain and didn't attempt to find out. In the end we went over their heads and spoke to the next agent along, who did not have to speak to us at all but was far more knowledgeable and communicative.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe appointed Reeds Rains Stockton to find my parents tenants and this was our first ever experience of renting out. The process from start to finish was very smooth. We were particularly were impressed by the speed and efficiency of their communication. All our queries (quite a few) were addressed and answered immediately and we would highly recommend them if you are looking for an agency to rent your property. Our tenants have moved in today and all has been dealt with very professionally.
