They kept in regular contact in trying to help me find a home especially jess who went above and beyond. Customer service skills at there best. GoogleHaving had a bad experience with the last estate agent we used I can’t recommend Reeds Rains Stockton branch enough! From the regular calls and emails when we found our home, to the final check in this week before we get the keys, we’ve had excellent service from the start. We initially dealt with Andrea but Sue has been our go to throughout and she is a real credit to the business. Always professional, but warm and friendly and happy to help whenever we’ve had more questions! The same goes for Jessica who has taken plenty of our calls, she has a lovely friendly phone manner and is a pleasure to speak with. GoogleWe had a very disappointing experience with this estate agents. We put an offer in on a house which was accepted immediately. We had already explained to the property owners and the estate agents themselves that we needed to get our house sold and were reassured they were totally fine with that and there was no rush. We were told to celebrate! We made the effort to go in to Durham the next day, on their instruction to drop off our ID and have a chat and were again reassured. A few days later I had a phone call from Charlene regarding our house situation, and she seemed confused that we needed to sell our property. I explained again and thought nothing of it. Later that afternoon I got a text from the SELLER not the estate agent to tell us they had to pull out of the sale due to trying to evade having to pay the stamp duty on their new property, so they needed to sell to someone who was proceedable immediately. We were absolutely crushed and confused. Very unprofessional of Charlene/Reeds Rains to not call me directly to explain this and instead left it up to the sellers themselves which is massively unfair. We never received any further information. Funnily, we sold our house within a matter of days but they'd already offered it to someone else. The whole interaction was stressful, unprofessional and cruel and thankfully we never had to work with this branch again.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
