GoogleAll of the staff at Reeds Rains made the process of purchasing our first property very easy, they were all friendly and keen to accommodate any queries we needed vocalising to the seller. We ended up using their recommended mortgage advisor too, Jamie Henderson from Embrace Financial Services who also did an excellent job in guiding us through our first time purchase, and ensuring we got a mortgage deal which suited our needs and was really easy to go through with. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Reeds Rains, Stockton branch. I cant thank them enough during such a difficult time the friendly and efficient service to help and support my daughters and I to find a new home. It was fast, informative abd simple. Sue was fantastic and kept me up to date with everything and was so helpful and friendly as were the rest of the team. Can't thank you all enough :)

GoogleHaving used another branch of Reeds Raines in the past to buy my current home, they were the natural choice to rent out my home. The Stockton branch, in the middle of beautiful Hartburn Village, is small in size but big in professionalism and personality. Through regular communication, they put me at ease, finding the perfect tenant to love my home and no matter which member of the team you spoke to, all were well informed with great advice, each affording me kindness, courtesy and respect. GoogleIt's been three months since my tenancy ended and still no deposit back. They made one attempt to charge what I would call ludicrous sums for cleaning and gardening - I made a counter offer - I've heard nothing for a MONTH. Avoid.

GoogleStay away. They are very unresponsive. As a tenant, i've had to make multiple calls and send multiple emails to get issues resolved. It takes not days, not weeks, but months for anyone to respond and resolve any issues. If you have a choice to go with another agent, do so and save yourself the hassle. Note, this review is for the Reeds Rain in Durham.

GoogleThese guys weren’t even my estate agent, they were my vendors’, but they were absolutely fantastic, from arranging my initial viewing at very short notice and giving me good advice at the offer stage, right the way through to reassuring me when everything turned out to be considerably more complicated than I’d first thought. They kept me, and my purchase, on the road throughout, and had contingency plans for what we’d do if things didn’t go the way we wanted them to. Hannah and Michelle were excellent, and I can’t thank them enough.
