The most stressful and expensive time renting a house that had soaking ceilings and wasn’t habitable. My concerns and reasonable requests were ignored. It cost a fortune in heating bills trying to reduce the damp. I will not deal with company again. The house should not have been advertised. It was one traumatic situation to another.

Couldn't recommend them enough. We sold our property through your move and it was definitely the best choice. They are super friendly and answer any and all questions I had. We had a very difficult time with buyers solicitors and they did everything they could to push it to completion. We couldn't thank them enough especially Lyndsey and David who I spoke with nearly daily over the past month. Highly recommend!!

Reeds Raine Acklam branch provided a truly professional service from the off with my sale. A no nonsense approach to pricing and they had the property on the market within days of being given the go ahead. They kept me informed regarding buyers and solicitor updates.The communication throughout the the sale was at the right amount. I would not hesitate to recommend using RR.

Reeds rains have been amazing! We left a very poor letting agency and gone with reeds rains and they have been nothing but supportive to me and my family and understood the reasoning for leaving the other letting agency! Won't ever consider buying a property with them. Worst realtors in Scarborough. They let people into your home without your consent. They list properties on the market long after that are sold. It's incredibly irritating to phone them up after emailing a week prior (with no response) just to find out all the property are already sold. This is the third time. Yet they continue to keep it on all the sites anyway for weeks later. Don't waste your time with them.

I understand how disappointing it is to contact an Estate Agent to find a property you are interested in has had an offer accepted (I have been there myself) and I can sympathise with this. To elaborate, when a property has an offer accepted, Estate Agents require information from the buyer (this is due to legislation and regulations that Estate Agents have to adhere too) before we can but the property as being sold subject to contract, sometimes this can take time to be provided. I can see you have previously enquired about two properties with Reeds Rains Scarborough, this has been the status on both of these properties, I can see a note from a colleague that he tried to contact you about them. Regarding the concern over letting ourselves into properties, I can assure you we do not let ourselves into properties without the consent of the owners, if this comment relates to a property purchase through ourselves from several years ago please do feel free to contact me in Branch so I can discuss this with you further. Recently viewed a property with Reeds Rains and the communication has been great. They have called prior to the viewing and emails to confirm the viewing. Ted was such a delight when showing us around the property, suggesting visions on how to improve the property and, explaining the next step in the process. I’d definitely recommend using Reeds Rains to anyone!

I went for a viewing in March last year, but decided not to make an offer. Out of the blue today they called me, for what I can only assume were marketing purposes. They really shouldn't be storing my number like this, when I only gave it in case they needed to contact me about a single viewing.
