I have to say out of all the estate agents I have dealt with Reed Rains in Hull are by far the best. Karen Knight went above and beyond to help me with the sale of my buy to let property which had been left in a state by the previous tenants. Fast, efficient and willing to go the extra mile. Karen has also been extremely helpful with ongoing help I needed. I would definitely use again and recommend. Thanks again Karen

Having been with this estate agent for 2 months I am really not satisfied with the service, the agent who came and did the valuation when asked if we signed with them would it allow us to go with other estate agents and he assured me yes, I now find out after he left, this to be an untruth, we have had no contract given to us, and although they promise of a weekly phone call up to date this has never happened I definately feel we have been talked into something with a lie And I do not recommend this estate agent and am going to seek advise to release me from this service

As a landlord I have recently been in contact with Andrea, Hub Team Lead, and she has been amazing. Andrea has gone far beyond what I would have expected to resolve my issues and taken away the stress. Me and my wife had a viewing today through reed rains Middlesbrough. The gentleman Ted was everything you need from an estate agent. He was extremely polite, professional and helpful. Was supposed to move into a property this month, both very excited to get the keys etc we paid the deposit on the 15th of December so we give them plenty of time we even phoned up to let them know we paid it, a few weeks past and we have 0 communication back not even knowing what was going on so my partner goes down to see what is happening to get told they apparently never received the payment and blaming it on a system error! Like are you being serious! We even rang up to tell yous we paid the deposit! So then they say they have given the house to someone else! I'm absolutely disgusted with what happened and the excuses we got. We even got told we can get the keys on the 1st January! Such a disappointment.

I sold a house whilst it was in probate. Karen Knight and the Reeds Rains team marketed it and found a buyer who was happy to wait until probate was granted. They managed the entire sale professionally, and I was very satisfied with the whole process.
