I live in USA, I rented out my property through Reeds Rain Scarborough, when I left UK. They got this "cowboy" tenant who almost destroyed my property. Reeds Rains do not taking responsibility even though I am not sure if they check back ground. I gave them newly furnished house now it's in condition where Reeds Rain gave hign quotation for cleaning and repairs. They also not taking seriously to get deposit towards repair. They are not responding to my emails on time rather looking for sympathy. Everytime I asked to claim deposit they pass it to each others and don't know how long it takes. I been paying them 9% of my rent. Now, I have big expense and no rent. See pictures attached after tenant left In July. NOTE:- LANDLORDS ABROAD DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY
