GoogleI have several properties from Cornwall to Darlington and this is the first time I have used Your Move at the Darlington Office to let and manage the four bed house I bought in the area. Honestly I cannot praise them enough, Liam in particular has been unbelievably helpful, and helped me sort out a number of issues with my property before it was ready to market and then let it on day one for two years! .... perfect! I would totally recommend Your Move and Liam as well as Sharon in the office, both of whom have impressed me so much, gone not just the extra mile but the extra several miles, Best service I have ever received from an agent bar none! And believe me I am the first to criticise so this praise is genuine! .....Thank you both of you.

GoogleI have been so impressed with YourMove Darlington! I have recently used them for a sale and a purchase of new house and cannot thank them enough for such an efficient service. You made the whole purchase and sale process feel smooth and less stressful. Thank you to David for your knowledge and professionalism - you run a great team and nothing ever seemed to be a bother. The communication from the team and especially Lindsey Todd was outstanding. She kept me informed at every stage, was friendly, contactable and had a good sense of humour too which I really appreciated when house issues can get stressful! GoogleDon't rent with them - poor customer service, poor communication. Edit: apparently the quickest way to communicate with them is to leave a bad review. I don't recommend them !
I'm sorry you feel the service and communication has fallen short Daniel. I can see you are in communication with the team regarding your end of tenancy. I'm afraid cleaning and leaving furniture will attract costs. The independent check out report verifies the condition against the check in inventory.
