I made an offer for a house, the offer was rejected without any reasons. All the agent could say is that there were too many applicants. I sure did put in interest immediately after viewing the house. Had to call twice for an offer form to be sent to me. I even sent an email because they would say that they will send the form after the calls and never do, not until I sent an email. If the landlord had numerous applicants, why then ask me to come for viewing? I knew something was fishy when I had to call more than once to get an offer form. Terrible service!

Good Afternoon, All of the applications are sent at the same time to make the process fair, we had a significant amount of interest in the property, again we let everyone view to make this fair. Once all of the applications were sent to the Landlord it is up to them to review which tenant and decide who they would like to proceed with. I am sorry that you were unsuccessful at this time. Called first thing to pay holding deposit on a house just gone up for rent. Told (although it's advertised) there is no holding deposit, landlord is taking a list and will cherry pick who they want. Then no communication at all from agents. Only know house was let via their website. Terrible communication, lies on the website. Never had such an experience before and I've rented for years
