GoogleIf we could give more than five stars we would. Over a year ago I posted the following: "We are currently in the process of buying a property in Durham City through Reeds Rains. Throughout the process they have all been super professional. We have been kept informed along the way, from Jen showing us the property (twice), the awesome Deb and her colleagues in the office during the offer phase, to Tony throughout the process. Tony has been a source of guidance, much appreciated." Unfortunately a legal issue intervened outside the control of ourselves and Reeds Rains. However, Deb and Neil at Reeds Rains continued to be so professional even in the face of very poor solicitors (ours was great, Catherine at Freeman Johnson in Durham) until our purchase was completed after many months. Well done Reeds Rains, and thanks.

GoogleFrom the outset Reeds Rains in Durham stood out compared to other agents. The valuer had researched comparable properties, understood about tree preservation orders and talked us through the process. They attracted lots of suitable buyers and managed the bidding process effectively. Despite having to navigate some very complex circumstances, they maintained a supportive relationship with our buyers and us throughout, resulting in a sale. Many thanks to all involved, especially Deb who worked with us right through this sale. We would use again and recommend them.
