Googlegood morning today we had a very unpleasant and unpleasant situation because we had an appointment to extend our mortgage at one of the real estate agencies on holderness road in hull, the lady who invited us for the interview told us that she could not help us because we do not know the language English, even when we had an interpreter with us, they did not want to provide an interpreter either, we felt humiliated and aggrieved that we are of a different nationality. We were told that the fee we pay, i.e. 750 f, is on further care when buying or selling. We feel deceived and humiliated under a racist account.
Dear Mr Suski, I have been in correspondence with you earlier today. Your complaint is with the financial services company as mentioned in our correspondence. Reeds Rains Estate Agents have had no input in any decision made with regards to your financial services. I understand you previously complained to the financial services company and I provided you with a telephone number to help you further with your complaint. Whilst you are unhappy, I refute any defamatory remarks you have made within this review and strongly ask you to consider these prior to any action been taken. Zeta Pinchbeck, Operations Manager.

GoogleOur house sale proved to be a far longer journey than anticipated, taking almost two years from initial listing to completion. During that time we worked with various agents, but ultimately returned to Reeds Rains, a decision that led to a successful outcome. Throughout the process, the service provided was consistently professional and reassuring. Our main point of contact, Deb, was exceptional. Her communication was clear and timely, she provided well-considered advice, and she demonstrated real commitment in progressing the sale, particularly at more challenging stages. Her persistence and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Thanks to Deb and the wider Reeds Rains team, our property was ultimately sold, and we are very pleased with the result. GoogleFrom the outset Reeds Rains in Durham stood out compared to other agents. The valuer had researched comparable properties, understood about tree preservation orders and talked us through the process. They attracted lots of suitable buyers and managed the bidding process effectively. Despite having to navigate some very complex circumstances, they maintained a supportive relationship with our buyers and us throughout, resulting in a sale. Many thanks to all involved, especially Deb who worked with us right through this sale. We would use again and recommend them.
