I listed my property with Reeds Rains…

I listed my property with Reeds Rains as I have used them before and find their service second to none Angie and Eve are extremely professional and know the market and their buyers. They knew what buyers they had for my home and in ten days had several offers and sold my property absolutely fantastic work I highly recommend them.

Reeds Rains needed to cope with challenges on both sides of the deal when we bought our house, which had been marketed at Reeds Rains. Reeds Rains were patient and thorough from our vista and balanced the delay that arose on our side when our buyers dropped out, communicating well with the vendors to update our situation, and to lubricate the deal from our side. Thank you!

Writing this review on behalf of my parents who recently moved with this estate agents. Staff were very professional, supportive and provided regular updates about each step of the move. Special mention to Andrea who went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for her. The help provided made the stress of moving house more manageable knowing they had help on hand as and when needed. Thanks again.

We had a perfect experience with Reeds Rains Middlesbrough. Ted was the first person we met from the agency and handled the viewing and he was extremely friendly, analytical, and very helpful. He answered all our questions in detail, not only about the house but also about the Middlesbrough area, which was really valuable for us as newcomers. Jayne was also fantastic throughout the whole process. She managed all the paperwork, kept everything moving smoothly, and always had a clear overview of where we were in the process, keeping us well informed at every step. Overall, a very professional, supportive, and reassuring experience. Many thanks to both Ted and Jayne, highly recommended!
