GoogleArranged to see a property on a saturday. Nobody turned up at the time arranged and no phone was answered. Stood outside for 20mins with a 10month old and a 2year old. Word of advise - call them the day to confirm, as they clearly need to be micro managed to do their work correctly.

GoogleWow - what can i say. I dealt with Bekky throughout the entire process and she was brilliant. From point of contact at initial viewing she was very knowledgable on the property, and gave great advice during and after the viewing. Nothing was ever a problem and i cannot rate Reeds Raines highly enough. Bekky remained professional at all times, but what stood out for me was her courteous, happy, and relaxed approach to making sure this sale stayed on track, which of course it did. Thanks Bekky, will be back in soon. Rob T

GoogleI sold my house with Reeds Rains within 1 day of it being on the market. I dealt with Dan Thomas and he was brilliant! He kept me up to date each step of the way throughout the whole process. The time scale from first putting the house on the market to completion was 7 weeks which is very impressive. Dan was very professional and always on hand when I needed him. GoogleWe found the perfect little house to rent, luckily it was through Reeds Rains. To make things complicated I was in Australia, however, Reeds Rains, particularly Nicola and Lorna, made the whole process so easy and as less complicated as possible from the very get go. They were incredibly prompt, professional and friendly, they kept us up to date throughout and it took no time at all. It's a sigh of relief to not only find a suitable home that we were both drawn to but to then have the peace of mind of not being 'stuffed around' and the reassurance we would be dealing with a great company and helpful agents.

GoogleI switched property management companies and moved to Reeds Rains. Nicola Wright and Lorna Fieldson are absolutely marvellous! Both are extremely professional, efficient and very approachable. As expected with any rental property, little tweaks here and there were needed at the property and Nicola and Lorna dealt with these issues very promptly and appropriately. Why didn’t I make the switch earlier?! Highly recommend their service! Thanks ladies!
We are delighted to hear your positive thoughts on our service and really appreciate your feedback.
