GoogleDo not rent from reeds rains, repairs not carried out waited over 1 month. On viewing the property were promised new sink, toilet and glass panel for shower this has not been done. Previous tenants property including urine stained bath mats left in property. Property left in a filthy state. see dirt on wipes after cleaning supposedly clean bath room, rubbish left in garden , shed etc

GoogleHaving experienced the very worst of letting agents previously. The folks that never return calls. The folks that never actually follow through and do what they say they will I was close to giving up on renting property in Durham. As a last roll of the dice I booked a viewing and met Ashley Mitchell. Who has completely changed my view. Punctual , friendly, helpful and above all else an astute professional who clearly cares about what he does, which makes a massive difference. When I look to move next Ashley at Reeds Rains will be the only number I call.

With Ashley's assistance my property has achieved almost 100% occupancy, whilst I have been able to rely upon the Reads Rains team to deal with day to day management of the property, including maintenance and legal compliance. GoogleI switched property management companies and moved to Reeds Rains. Nicola Wright and Lorna Fieldson are absolutely marvellous! Both are extremely professional, efficient and very approachable. As expected with any rental property, little tweaks here and there were needed at the property and Nicola and Lorna dealt with these issues very promptly and appropriately. Why didn’t I make the switch earlier?! Highly recommend their service! Thanks ladies!

GooglePoor valuation and rather expensive for what we got. Sales advice was lacking as was any real help in getting our sale pushed through any quicker. Due to the market at the time, we lost 15% on the original price of the house. If we'd have followed the advice of Your Move we'd have been waiting a lot longer to sell.

GoogleWe made a mistake when we started selling the house - we went with the wrong estate agent. But as soon as we switched to Your Move in Darlington, the difference was like 'chalk & cheese' as they say. The personnel in Your Move were very efficient, very professional and very contactable, responding immediately to all of our enquiries. We would have no hesitation in recommending Your Move Darlington to anyone selling a house in the area.
