GoogleVery unprofessional. I was invited for the viewing and was not given an address. When I arrived late to a viewing due to the trains delays, and even though I informed that I will be late, the agent did not wait for me. I have wasted the whole day in a journey (5 hours one way) and even spoke to an agent and he was unavailable. and will not recommend this agency to anyone!

GoogleThe team at "Your Move" were absolutely brilliant, when I sold my bungalow, the girls were very friendly, helpful and always professional, they kept me informed throughout the whole process. Nothing. Was too much trouble for them. They always seemed to be one step ahead. I would highly recommend "your move" to anyone thinking of moving.

Cara was kind, respectful, confident and positive and I knew immediately that she would deliver what she promised. The house sold in 3 days! An amazing team of people, delivering a service that other estate agents in the area can only wish for! Thank you for making this as stress free as it could possibly be.

GoogleAvoid Oliver Hurren letting at this branch, disgusting service never does what he says he gonna do, deposit money not returned,emails and phone calls not returned , worst customer service ever received, applying to get county court judgement against Mr Hurren to recover deposit monies .

GoogleVery poor. If there is a problem with a rental property they make a snail look turbo charged. If they were as fast dealing with an issue as they are taking money they would be fantastic. They do not provide a good service for landlords.

GoogleThe Your Move Gorleston team did a great job selling our house. Advertised online within 48 hours and plenty of viewings. Sold within a couple of weeks and we got more than we expected. Their Gorleston High Street position was a key factor for us when selling locally along with their well established brand.

GoogleMy wife & I recently experienced a traumatic move in Beccles to a bungalow which, although it ought to have been straightforward, turned out to be anything but not helped by our reticent estate agents. However, although acting only for the vendor of the bungalow, Olly & Daniel at Your Move, Beccles, were like guardian angels to us keeping in regular & frequent touch, chasing & updating, & generally easing us through the maelstrom. They went far beyond the call of duty & we cannot praise them enough.

GoogleI bought my bungalow through this estate agents in Beccles. There was one gentleman in particular who I would always go to for future advice concerning anything to do with buying and selling a property. I don’t know his surname but he was called Daniel. Very professional and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate using them again should the need arise.
