Applied for a rental property. The agents did everything over WhatsApp from their personal devices already a huge red flag. Then kept my holding deposit with an excuse about a credit check to which they couldn't provide evidence of. Refused a subject access request including this alleged failed check and also the removal of my personal information from their systems and the personal devices of the agents handling my information. VERY VERY ILLEGAL, They also refused to speak to me when I told them the calls were recorded, very very shady operation. The "owner" Oliver who isn't actually an owner but just a puppet in a suit is also very unprofessional. Steer well clear and do not give them any money. If they can provide evidence like they say they have I'd be more than willing to accept the loss on the holding deposit but they can't so its the principle not about the money. Very poor business practices and they clearly use this method with a lot of people to make up a chunk of their revenue.

Chloe was so very helpful and gave us all the time needed right from the very first moment we met at the house. We needed to get into the house quickly and she did everything that she could to help us do that. Unbelievably helpful and kind in a difficult situation. I would post two reviews - one for Gina too but Google won't let me but equally as helpful and so very kind. Explained everything to me so clearly when there were things that I didn't understand. Would recommend to anyone.

We put our house on the market in Lowestoft, in March. I used 2 agents, and Right Move's opposition got the sale. It fell through in May and I asked Right Move to be the sole agent. Completion occurred early October. Every time there was anything to do with the house, i.e. viewing, queries on something, Ollie and his team liaised with me immediately. No delays. Ollie was in charge of the sale of my house, but the other people in the office always knew what was going on. A pleasure to deal with, and I wish them lots of success.
